Had a front porch enclosure replaced by northern comfort windows and doors, along each step of the installation the employees engaged us in questions about what we wanted done and provided various options, courteous and efficient work, done in a day, all old parts and debris removed and cleaned up. An excellent installation and looks great.

We researched a number of companies and chose Northern Comfort for their good reviews, quality product and warranty. We were not disappointed. Grant was very professional and dependable and thoroughly explained everything about the windows and the installation process. The installers were punctual and friendly and knew their job well. It has been a real pleasure dealing with Northern Comfort.

We hired Northern Comfort to provide and install three overhead doors in our new garage. Their price was very competitive. Darryl and Jay did the install. They even stayed late on a Friday night to get the job done to where we needed to be. You don't see that kind of service very often anymore. They then returned after our build was completed to finish the job. We can't say enough about their professionalism. Great guys. Thanks for a great experience!

After alot of research we were able to land on North Star windows which are top-notch. After using websites like this we were able to land on Northern Comfort and they didn't disappoint. From the sales consultant, Mark Linnemoller, who was knowledgeable, professionally, friendly and wasn't pushy what so ever. He even informed us before we purchased that North Star does incentive programs which allows you to upgrade to triple glaze at no cost!! So once the incentive program was available we went and ordered, Mark was fantastic and answered and addresses all of our concerns and questions. Once the install day came, September 5th, it was a scorcher, and the crew of Dave Sheppard, Jesse Sheppard, and John Vitido showed up bright and early and worked tirelessly and did a phenomenal job. They were respectful, professional and would answer my concerns as the day went on, they even would show me the condition of my exposed studs (which were fine!) and how they installed the window form the spray foam on the inside with tuct tape, the spray foam on the outside, the flashing, caulking, and wood trim on the inside....these guys were amazing - in the pics you can see we installed 3 in the bottom of the front of the home (outside flashing in the pic wasn't complete at the time - trust me looks great!), as well as a small window in the top left of the front. Along the side of the home all the windows but the bottom three (that's the basement!) - the yard there has crazy slope and those boys worked at crazy angles and height for the install...additionally another 2 top level window at the back of the house as well as one a the back in the basement, and another window....now I cant hear anything in my home, which is great cause we have neighbors with little yippy dogs!!..long story short, you wont regret working with this company and its people, do your research and you'll find this company is top notch

We selected our windows and doors from Northern Comfort with the knowledgeable assistance of the representative. We were pleased with the prompt service and price. Our windows were later installed by the diligent crew of Rob Avis and John Ducker. These craftsmen were clearly both knowledgeable and conscientious when fitting doors and windows. They worked tirelessly from the moment they arrived until they left after throughly cleaning up the limited debris they had generated. They took the time to explain the product and seek input as regards finishing touches. We shall request these two professionals again when we order further windows from Northern Comfort to complete our home renovation.

We had all the windows and doors replaced on our home. From the moment we met with sales to the installation we have been pleased with the professionalism and quality. We love the look of our house now. The windows and doors look amazing. Ernie was our crew leader for the installation and he was super friendly and a hard worker. He and his partner were very efficient. We would recommend them to our friends and family. We are so happy we chose Northern Comfort.

Northern comfort windows & doors, installed 29 windows, 2 patio doors and 3 entrance doors. We used North Star windows, triple pane with low E glass. Our salesperson Barry B. was a pleasure to deal with, a real gentleman. The crew leader Darryl & installer Jay did a excellent job installing my new windows and doors. Trim work outstanding. Cleanup was done well, no issues. Will use them, for future jobs.

Greg Flowers did an excellent job of explaining the various products and how the process would work. On the installation date, Kelly, Mark, and Jessie arrived on time and worked diligently until 6 pm. Everything was left clean and tidy. On the second day, they arrived even earlier. The rest of the installations were completed. We want to thank them for removing and putting up our blinds. The interior and exterior of house were spotless when they were finished. They were also very patient when explaining how our new windows could be swung in for cleaning. Thanks!

We had our garage, front & back entrance doors replaced by Norther Comfort. The installers were very knowledgeable and worked well as a team. The doors look great, and they are so quiet, No more squeaky doors. Would recommend them to family and friends most definitely.

N.C.W.D. recently changed picture windows in two areas of our facility. We are very pleased with the results. The job took 4 days and the crew were well qualified, punctual, pleasant and cleaned up daily. Special thanks to Crew leaders Rob and Josh, their team-Andy, Doug & John and Dennis our sales rep.
