We have a small unfinished cabin that had only 4 small ugly inefficient windows. My wife and I worked with Barry the sales rep to determine the right size, style, operation and colours for 6 new windows and 1 patio door. Barry was very attentive and helpful. Next we dealt with their installation coordinator to lock in date. They were right on schedule! Their installers Josh and Doug were excellent, coordinating any little details and working with mosquitos and my generator for power. Workmanship was perfect. We love the final product. We also went with their interior finish of stainable vinyl; we haven't stained it yet but looks so much like real wood.

Dave Miller and John Pottan were very professional and helpful when explaining the process and steps to install brick to brick new windows in a 60 year old home. Their workmanship was second to none while dealing with the challenges a home this age would present such as different sill widths etc. Since completing the installation the neighbourhood keeps complimenting us on the great job done

I was very satisfied. This is the second time I have had them install my windows and have nothing but compliments on the job that they have done. The crew leader Rob Avis and Installer Andrew Carter-fuller were just great cleaning up all of the debris. I intend to get them the third time next year to finish installing my last window as well as my patio door. Excellent company to deal with. Would recommend to anybody who wants windows or doors installed. Mark the sales representative explains everything you would ever want to know and no inquiry is too much trouble which I have found.

Kelly and Mark arrived when expected, were friendly, introduced themselves and then immediately proceeded to complete the work. The task was finished in a timely manner and very professionally installed.

Had all of the windows replaced in our house in Barrie. Extremely happy with all aspects of dealing with Northern Comfort. The sales rep. we dealt with was Mark Linnemoller. We felt so comfortable dealing with him. To the point that we have just signed another contract to replace all the windows in our other house. I would recommend them in a heart beat. Doug M.

Love our new doors....needed a little tweeting after install. Called service and they sent out Tony who was extremely professional, personable and went over and above to make us happy! He totally listened to what we were saying and fixed things up as if it was his own home! Great follow up and we would definitely recommend Northern Comfort to others. Thank you!
