Our original builder patio door failed and needed replacement,so we turned to Northern Comfort Windows & Doors LTD who we have dealt with several times in the past and who have always been professional and courteous.Rod and Keelyn did a great job with the quick and clean installation to my satisfaction.A job well done.

Just had my windows installed but still waiting for my doors. All the employees that work for Northern Comfort W.&D.Ltd. have all been very nice and helpful, in person and on the phone!! My windows just got installed and everything went perfectly!! Ernie Peca and Phil were very helpful and professional.!!

We are very pleased with the customer service and installation process of Northern Comfort Windows & Doors Ltd. Our sales rep Dennis Crane was very friendly and professional when we first met with him in our home. The people in the Newmarket showroom were very helpful and offered us the right suggestions as well. Finally, our installers, Kelly and Mark, were very friendly, worked as a team to get the job done, and they were extremely tidy. We were also impressed by the follow-up phone call we received asking if we were content with our new windows. Our overall experience was very positive and we will not hesitate to contact Northern Comfort Windows again when we are ready to replace more windows in our home.

Right on time delivery. The installation was completed well and in good time. Pleasant and knowledgeable installation staff. Staff cleaned up the work site upon completion and door looks great.

I'd like to mention that the Installers Rod and Keelyn were very polite, great workers. Did the job in a clean and efficient manner. They moved my furniture with caution did not disturb me in any way and were very professional. Very happy with there service. Cleaned up and did'nt leave any mess.

Northern Comfort was a great company to deal with. The sales rep Greg was very professional and knowledgeable. The installation team Rob, Andy and Johnny were very professional, punctual and left no mess. Very happy with our windows and have already been back to order a new garage door.

I wanted a single custom decorative window Called 4 window companies. 2 never got back to me after initial call, the other couldn't do the custom work. Northern Comfort's service was top notch, Dealt with at least 5 representatives of the company. From Mark, the sales rep., to Gord, the rep who took the required measurements, to Darryl & Rob, the installers & 1 of the office girls, all were prompt, (a rare thing for contractors), extremely courteous, very knowledgeable & left the job site clean. We've dealt with many different contractors over the years with our renovations, very pleased with Northern Comfort. My parents also used them in the past, there was an issue with their project, but NC fixed & followed up no problem. I used NC because of my parent's positive experience with them. Highly recommend, My window is a showpiece!
