    New furnace and air conditioner

    We had a Trane furnace and A/C installed by Home Saving Inc. The sales representative (Tamim) was extremely professional, knowledgable and very accommodating with our schedules. The installers were extremely efficient, knowledgeable, respectful and tidy. They were punctual and did an excellent job! They were also patient and helpful when explaining how to operate the thermostat. The installation of the humidifier and inspection was done by Thomas who arrived on time as per our appointment and was very courteous and knowledgeable. He offered tips on what we can do to ensure that everything runs smoothly and offered his services if we need them. Overall, we are extremely pleased with the product and services we have received- and have already recommended Home Savings Inc. to our friends and family. Excellent job and well done to the entire team!

    Install ECOBEE Thermostat

    I was contacted by Thomas. He arrived at the time expected. He was very polite, professional, and knew his trade. He cleaned the place of work after completion and helped me install the app on my cell phone to access the thermostat. I would not hesitate to recommend him.

    Water Heater Installation

    When I decided to replace my water heater, one of my friends recommended me this firm. In addition, I did my own research on Home Saving on this site as well as Best Business Bureau and saw all good reviews about this firm. My own experience confirmed what I saw. Tamim, one of Home Saving's salespersons, is very helpful and patient. After I signed water heater purchase contract, my wife and I realised that we might better off renting a new water heater rather buying it outright in one possible circumstance. I called Tamim and explained our situation to him. Tamim is very considerate, allowing me to take time to think through all situations and promising that I can change the purchase contract to a rental contract if I decided to. After a couple of days research, we eventually decided to buy a new water heater from Home Saving. Ken, who works for Home Saving as an contractor, installed my new water heater. He is very professional and helpful. Although there was a misunderstanding regarding whether the installation included returning my old tank to Enercare, after I showed Ken my copy of contract, he immediately decided to take the old tank back. He completed the work with the amount of time he estimated and stayed a bit more to make sure hotwater running again in my house. Furthermore, he showed me some basic maintenance for the new water heater.

    Helpful and professional

    I highly recommend Home Saving Inc. I had them for AC fixes and Nest Thermostat installation. The price is always good. They don't charge you until they fix the issue. The technician was very nice and helpful. He also helped me fixing the water pump for free. As a new home owner of an old house, the simple help greatly reduce my headache. They also provide great after-sale services based on what I hear from them. 5 stars.

    AC and Furnace install

    HIGHLY recommend this company. Took very good care of my home and my parents. Amazing service. I would use them again for my next home absolutely. Very professional company indeed.

    Water tank and humidifier

    I had a GSW water tank and Aprilaire humidifier installed in May and the installation was done cleanly and efficiently. However the tank has start release water through the valve and although it has taken a long time for the company to resolve my problem, Thomas and Ken are very professional and acted in a manner where they worked hard for various solutions by calling tech support for GSW and ultimately fixing this problem for me. I would recommend them to my friends.

    Furnace Installation

    I shop around and finally decided to go with Home Saving Inc. given competitive price and good homestars review. Thomas, the sales rep, listened to me and recommended a furnace at a good price-to- quality ratio which meets my demand. The installation was arranged next following weekend and two service men are awesome, very friendly and professional. Four months later, I called Thomas asking about the rebate, he instantly answered and provided me with the relevant information. Given the above, I would recommend this company and look forward to their equally satisfied after-sales services in the future. I am happy choosing this company, and would like to thank Thomas for his service.

    Thermostat Installation

    The engineer installed thermostat system for us, and also taught us how to use the app. Excellent service and great attitude displayed, also very professional and politely answered all of our questions

    Aprilaire Dehumidifier & Duct Cleaning

    Ken was very professional and did such a high quality installation of our dehumidifier that we arranged for him to come back the following week to clean our ducts and my in-laws! We will definitely be asking for him to come back next year for duct cleaning.

    AC & Hot Water Tank

    They installed a new AC and Hot Water Tank in my home. The contract said I would get a 400.00 rebate from OPA, I never received it. They also removed the rental HW Tank from my home and was supposed to return it to Enercare. 2 Months later I am still being billed by Enercare for the Rental tank. Enercare says the rental tank has never been returned. After many many request, Home savings has refused to provide me with documentation proving they returned it. I contacted OPA and they say they have never received the application from Home Savings for the rebate on my behalf either. Tamin at Home savings assured me on a number of occassions that he had filed the application. But again, when I asked for proof or documentation, he refused to provide it and got angry that I was asking, and basically told me there is no need for me to have the documentation. All my text messages, and phone calls to both Frank, the sales rep, and Tamin at Home Savings have been ignored. I have contacted Home Depot Installations services as they are the ones who subcontracted the work to this company. Home Depot Installation services says they too have not been able to get a hold of anyone at Home Savings. My only recourse now is to file suit in small claims court for breach of contract, which I am in the process of doing. I would strongly advise not to do business with this company. The talk and promises were big but not backed up by action. Lots of failed promises,, and breach of contract, all proving to me personally that this is not a reputable company to deal with.

As for the OPA rebate, we understand that you are frustrated that you have not received the OPA rebate yet, but as we have explained to you that it usually takes 3-4 months for the whole process.
