    Install New AC, Combi Water Heater, and HVAC Duct Work

    Very easy to work with and accommodating to my schedule which is appreciated specially during a large reno project. Thomas provided estimate and support throughout the process. He was easy to access via phone or email to address my questions. Jonathan and Tony (installers) were great and stayed late on multiple occasions to complete the job. They went above and beyond with additional repairs that another plumber didn't do properly. They're also knowledgeable and made valuable recommendations. Installation was well done, and they removed all the old equipment. Lastly, Home Saving was the most competitively priced compared to 3 other quotes I got. Thumbs up and thanks again guys!

    Furnace, AC and Water Tank

    From the first visit by Tamin to the completion of the install, by Tony and Johnathan, I am very impressed with Home Stars customer service. A voicemail left for Tamin, was answered promptly. Tamin took me through the options, pricing, and financing available. Quotation and install date was handled through emails, which I preferred. Tony and Johnathan arrived at the scheduled date and time. After surveying the layout, they made suggestions that avoiding any opening of my basement ceiling, bonus. Professional installation, and clean up.

    AC and Humidifier

    This is the second time I worked with this company. They installed AC and humidifier for me. What I would like to say is this company provides good customer service. The point is when we buy a new product, we assume it is good and no defect or issue; however as we all know in reality this is not the case. In my case I had some concerns for the AC and humidifier. I called Tracy and she took time to listen to me and dispatched a technician the next day to look into the issues I had. Thank you Tracy for your professionalism and I wish your business better and better with your excellent customer service.

    Replacement of A/C and Furnace.

    Great experience from beginning (quotation process) to end (install) with Tamim (sales) and Jason (install) and Home Saving Inc. Tamim reviewed multiple options for us to replace our A/C and furnace without overselling the highest cost items. Our install took place in November and I waited to receive my 2 promised rebates before writing this review. Both rebates arrived in the time projected by Tamim and he followed them through the process to ensure we received them. Great follow up even after the work was completed. I have since recommended Tamim to a neighbour and family member and they thanked me for the connection. Thanks for the great experience and competitive costing. Of the 3 quotes that I received including one from Costco you were hands down the most effective and in the end, reliable.

    Water Heater Replacement

    When our rental water heater sprung a leak I called the rental company to have it fixed. They told me it's corroded and needs to be replaced, with that it needed to be relocated as the utility room was built too close to the front of it. It was to cost me 500+, on top of still paying rent. Opting to buy instead rent, I asked for quotes. Tamim was quick to provide me a quote after a call, answered all my questions by email. and today we have a new GSW 50 gallon power wented heater that runs a lot quieter. Tank has an 8 year warranty with parts and labor for 1 year from the manufacturer. Techs Jonathan and Tony were very good, Friendly and work was done on a Saturday afternoon. Relocated , fitted with new white vent pipes. I have a 10 year parts and labor extended warranty at 75 bucks more. Tamim took care of the paperwork and return of the old tank and cleared the tag left by the rental company tech. I will definitely use their services in the future should we need HVAC work and will recommend to friends and family. Thanks for the excellent service, guys!!

    Trane Furnace

    Very Satisfied with this unit(Trane 100,000 BTU). It is working really well and doing excellent job. So glad to choose Trane over my old furnace. My house was always cold but now it's cozy and warm. I got it through Home Depot home saving inc. by Tamim Bakhshi (sales rep) who did wonderful job and helped us in getting good rebate ($1700) so to cost me only $3385. Great work! Thank you.

    Furnace & AC system

    I'm well pleased with the service I received from start to finish. My agent Tamim was not forcefull, he offered options fallowed by benifts and allow me to process the information and guided me towards a solution that suit my needs. I must say the team was very ptofesstional, upfront and honest. No surprises. The installation was seemless, and the work men were on time, and clean up after the completed the job. I'm happy with my purchase of my furnace and AC unit. Money well spent. I'll recommend Home Saving Inc. To anyone.

    Bought Furnance and Water Tank

    Contacted Home Depot for a quote on furnace and got referred to this company. Thomas quickly set up an appointment with me and sent all the relevant information to me through email before the appointment so I had time to do my research and ask questions at the appointment. Thomas also answered all my follow-up emails with a reasonable time frame. Jason and his team installed the furnace and hot water tank on a -20 day without any issues and was done within 5 hours. Thanks Thomas and Jason for your great service!

    Furnace

    Our furnace broke Tuesday night, Tamin came to give us a quote and got his installers to come install it first thing the next morning, they were amazing. Very polite, pleasant and got the job done on a timely manner. Would definitely recommend. Service was a 10/10.

    Great.

    Everyone was just great. From sales to install. Very happy with the service provided. I be very confident in recommending to anyone i know. Having reliability in my furnace helps me sleep at night.
