Hi Peter, I just want to thank you again for your help today; we were in big trouble and you managed to take great care of the problem. The job was expedited in a timely manner and we are operational again. It’s comforting to deal with professionals that live up to their words. (The other company that I had contacted first, has not even called back yet!)

I do property management, on e few occasions I have had the need of a plumber for normal work or emergencies, like replacing a faucet or sink or toilet, I'm glad I had Plumbers Direct to assist every time. Just like all home owners, over the years I have needed the services of a plumber. My plumbing company of choice is "Plumber's Direct". The service people have always been professional, clean and friendly and have made sure the job was done right. I have used the services of Plumber's Direct on several occasions and have always been completely satisfied. I own a small apartment building and on one occasion the hot water tank leaked and flooded the basement. I immediately called Plumber's Direct and explained the situation. They came over right away and assessed the problem. Within a couple of hours the tank was replaced and the area completed cleaned up. Very professional people to deal with. When they arrived, I could tell they understood what good customer service is. They told me straight what the problem was and gave me a few options and then did the work as I requested. Peter and his staff were very polite, friendly and the uniform's are a nice touch (many contractors look like they just crawled out of bed). After researching other companies – including our energy provider – we hired Plumbers Direct to install a new, electric hot water heater. Peter and his team were prompt, professional, courteous and superbly skilled. They and their colleagues delivered excellent service: from rewiring our electrical system and removing/returning the old (gas) heater, to installing a new (electric) unit that is running perfectly. Plumbers Director charges a fair fee for service (in our case, opting for an electric unit saved us tens of thousands of dollars – and countless hours of renovation - for removal and reinstallation of internal/external gas pipes and related construction). We’ll use Peter and his crew again and recommend them wholeheartedly.

Peter from "Plumbers Direct" has recently installed a kitchen faucet. He was punctual, professional, friendly and he did a great job leaving the work area very clean!! Had the plumber over to fix the water valves that connect to the out side garden hose. I was very disappointed to see after he finished the job that my laundry tub drain opening was damaged when the plumber left sitting a scorching hot old valve in my laundry tub. We agred on a discounted price for the finished job but now I can't put the plug in properly in the drain opening anymore to do any soaking.

Peter at Plumbers Direct choose and installed a toilet which is a perfect fit for my washroom, he has also installed sinks and faucets, I am very pleased with the results. Peter and Plumbers Direct do excellent work the first time around. Peter is professional, punctual, tidy and friendly. I've have had the pleasure of working with Peter at Plumber's direct on a few occasions. I'm a Realtor, and sometimes need to have small problems looked after as a matter of customer service either before or after the sale of a property. A couple of times, Peter has installed dishwashers for me. He charges a little more, but I know I won't need to worry about receiving a panicked call from a client about water leaking from their new dishwasher. I'm confident that when I call Peter, Plumber's Direct will show up on time, be courteous and respectful, and get the job done right the first time. I've also referred Peter to clients who have all been more than happy with his service and professionalism.
