    Servicing hot water tank leak

    My call was answered in a professional manner and Peter arrived the next morning with his assistant at the exact time specified. They both put on shoe covers and quickly diagnosed the issue. He outlined the costs for the parts and repair and resolved the issue quickly. He was very knowledgeable and professional. I would recommend his company to any of my friends and family.

    Install new kitchen faucet/Install outdoor faucet

    Very professional, on time, cleaned up after work. Was impressed that Peter phoned the faucet company regarding a question of faucet function. They did have an answer and are sending parts to remedy the problem. Once the part arrives, Peter will return to install at no extra cost.

    Leaking Pipe

    I had a leak at the water meter and called Peter based on the reviews I found here on HomeStars. With next day service he was able to quickly repair the leak with no fuss. He is very professional and upfront with costs and fees. I am very impressed with the work ethic.

    New Hot Water Tank

    Peter answered our call immediately (even though it was late on a Friday night) after our hot water tank stopped working. He replaced our hot water heater the same day the problem was diagnosed, plus 4 shut off values and some venting. He was very nice to deal with, explained the situation well, gave us various options and was very professional. He came by a few days later to finish up little details from the job - and we would highly recommend him.

    Leaking pipes and faucets in bathroon

    Peter fulfilled what he contracted. It was a somewhat special job requiring import of materials with some frustration in delivery but he was. communicative and trustworthy throughout and the quality of work was excellent

    Fix toilet issues

    I had an issue in a tenanted apartment with toilet, so called peter up as i've used him in the past. The issue was urgent as there were three tenants living in this apartment with no 'facilities' access. Given the toilet was a few years old, I asked him to just replace it hoping that would fix the problem knowing this would cost slightly more than a repair. Peter showed up promptly and instead of just replacing the toilet, he found the source of the issue which was minor and just fixed it on the spot. This job ended up being far cheaper than I anticipated. I haven't had problems since. What I liked about this was that Peter had the integrity to do what was right for me.

    Hot Water, Sump

    This is th esecond time I have used Peter. The first I was quite happy, so I naturally turned to him again. This time a no hot water turned into a nightmare because of horrible work done by previous contractor. Peter showed up, looked it over, discussed it with us so we understood. He stood by his estimate when extra work was required. He gave us the final bill, worked through it with us, and warrantied his work. I do not hesitate to recommend him. I have his sign on my lawn!     Major Flood....Peter to Rescue ASAP

    As a young female home owner its hard to find reliable trustworthy trades people. Peter responded immediately, was friendly, trustworthy and reliable. Even as the owner of the Plumbers DIrect, Peter is out in the trenches working along side his employees. He does superior work with a smile. It was a complicated job and he didn't give up, nor complain. He is an amazing problem solver, and remains calm and composed under pressure. He explained exactly what he was doing and was mindful of the cost. He wore booties into my house, and when the job was completed my house was spotless. I recommend Plumbers Direct to everyone. Peter is very wise, and my plumber of choice from now on! Corrine

    Installation of water purification

    I have had a few jobs done by Peter and his guys including new kitchen taps and having a sink moved. The most recent was getting a water filitration system installed in my kitchen. The work was done on budget and professionally with no hassles. I'd recommend Plumbers Direct anytime.

    Plumbing - Frozen Pipes

    Peter was very knowledgeable, open and honest about the diagnosis and repair of my frozen water pipes. He worked quickly at finding the frozen pipe segment, cut a hole in a wall very carefully and cleaned up after himself. I recommend Peter for any plumbing needs…a class act through and through!
