    Cabinet refinishing & kitchen painting

    Todd and is team did absolutely amazing work! There are many great painters out there with similar services; however what differentiates Platinum Pro is their top notch professionalism and customer service experience. From the initial contact (owner called me back personally within 5 minutes of calling 1800 customer service line) to a written professional quote sent out immediately to planning the details to execution under my very tight timeline - they delivered on quality and finished everything earlier than planned! Todd handled all my questions and colour changes with grace. His painting/install team were so sweet and considerate never quite had workers like that before. Consider myself a demanding client they Platinum Pro definitely exceeded my expectations!

    Kitchen Cabinet Painting

    A well deserved and over due 10 star review. We had our kitchen renovated last summer. We contacted several companies before finally deciding who to hire. We definitely made the right choice. Todd was quick to answer any questions we had and provide a very reasonable quote. We actually had Mike come to the house to do the painting and he was fantastic! My husband is a bit of perfectionist and Mike took the time to work with him and make sure that he was happy and the job was done right. There were several issues with our renovation and the timeline that came up (including appliances being delivered in the middle of the painting), but Todd and Mike graciously and professionally worked around them. We are so happy with our kitchen and the whole process from start to finish. Thank you!

    Kitchen cabinets and walls

    I contacted several companies prior to deciding who to hire to do our kitchen, and there was no doubt in my mind that Todd and his crew at Platinum Pro Painters were the right choice. Excellent references, great communication, and a very reasonable quote. The whole process went extremely well, from the initial contact right through to the finished job. We absolutely love our new kitchen! The finish on the cabinets is excellent...they look brand new again! I would highly recommend Platinum Pro Painters to anyone in the GTA who is looking to update their kitchen! Big thanks to Todd and his team for a job well done.

    Painting cabinet doors

    Platinum Pro Painters delivered a great job. The cabinet doors were MDF melamine where the surface was separating. They matched the colour exactly and the finish was excellent. It was an economical way to go rather than the $4,000/$5,000 door replacements we were previously quoted by 2 other contractors. Todd was very timely in responding and accurate on the completion date. Mike did an excellent job and was great to work with.

    spraying existing maple cabinets

    We had our maple cabinets sprayed cloud white. The preparation was very thorough. Todd's crew were very pleasant & answered any of our questions. They look amazing, like new cabinets. We have had many compliments on them. We would recommend Platinum Pro Painters Inc. to anyone. Thanks Todd

    Kitchen Cabinet Repainting

    The entire staff at Platinum Pro Painters were extremely professional, amenable and were always willing to answer any questions or concerns. The work was absolutely fantastic! The onsite crew did a fantastic job of prepping my kitchen to the point where I had a difficult time finding ANY dust left from their work. The were completely professional and pleasant and did the work quickly without sacrificing quality. Todd was always pleasant and available to answer questions, and for the times I left a message he returned the call promptly. I could not recommend them enough for anyone thinking of repainting your kitchen doors and cabinets!

    Interior painting

    The team at Platinum Pro are amazing. I am a repeat customer, and I will NEVER go elsewhere!!. This team is very professional, clean, and committed to customer experience delight. The job started on schedule, and the team worked hard to ensure appropriate completion timelines while delivering superior quality. I had the pleasure of working directly with Todd Lacroix on numerous occasions, the assistance from the interior designer (included in my contract for no additional charge) to select the colour palette for my home, and the delightful painting crew made the entire process enjoyable, professional, and perfect. I called for, and was provided an estimate, after the job was started, I asked for significant add-ons and Todd and team were able to accommodate my additional requests within the original project schedule. I have to tell all who read this note, that the quote I was provided was to the penny exactly what I was charged for the original work I requested. This is a fine example of the level of professionalism of Todd Lacroix, he takes the time, and completes a detailed estimate and both times, the outcome on the invoice was exactly the same money as the original estimate, no hidden costs, no unexpected "up charges", no difficulty. I can't speak highly enough about this organization, I will be contacting them again and again to complete future projects for my family. Their delivery, commitment to excellence and quality is second to none. Many thanks to Todd and the team at Platinum Pro Painters.

    kitchen cabinets refacing

    I would like to thank Todd and his team for the excellent job on my kitchen cabinets. I am very satisfied with the work which has high standard. I am very happy with my newed kitchen cabinets. At the beginning , we had some dispute on labor fee because the team found the doors had sandding issue. End up they decided following the original contract to make me happy. It is not easy for them to work under tight budget. I appreciate those time and effort to complete my order. I also appreciate that they have been keeping their commitment.I love the new cabinets with the color I chose. When I showed the picture of the new kitchen to my friends, they all are astonished with their excellent work.Once again thank them. I would have no problem of recommending Todd and his company to anyone who requires their service.
