I could not recommend Platinum Pro Painters more. From my first contact with Todd, to working directly with Sebastian, everyone on the team was timely, professional and, above all, kind. By the time I got to the painting step of my home renos, I was tired of feeling taken advantage of by contractors and Platinum Pro Painters was the complete opposite of every other experience. Their work was flawless and after they completed their work (quicker than quoted), you could not tell they had been—no mess or things to clean up. They fit me into their schedule and provided fairly priced, quality, and timely work. Would hire again (and again!)

Painting of High-end 2 story Book Shelves and Interior Walls
The team at Platinum Pro Painters came to assess and price the job very quickly once we contacted them, and they quoted what we consider to be a fair price for the work involved, and they were very upfront and transparent on the costs and inclusions. When they came to do the work they were polite, tidy, knowledgeable and professional. Their work was very precise and very high quality, and they were just as picky as we were (if not even more picky) about the quality of their work. They were profoundly accommodating and were precisely on budget. We could not be happier with their work and will absolutely keep them top of mind for future jobs.

Interior painting
The team of five finished our job -- painting about two-thirds of a 200m^2 townhouse interior, plus patching some holes -- in a single ten-hour day. Flawless work at a price that came in under competitors. I highly recommend this team.

Kitchen renovation
Nightmare from beginning to end First cupboard doors arrived with imprinting on doors and had to be redone Waited for hours for them to only reschedule Doors when remade were not aligned and did not close properly Had to redo hinges Owner promises a significant necessary price reduction to accommodate then changed their minds After less than a year paint peeling in many places and the only thing they offered was for me to remove the doors and bring to their factory To date I have sent many texts for a solution and no response

We appreciate the review positive or negative. We have reached out to the home owner many many times to inform her that unfortunately neglect to cabinet doors is not covered under warranty. The doors were damaged by a tenent and then a kettle was left on and bloated the cabinet doors on the underside where you can see the bloating in the door as it was saturated with boiling water. We have again reached out to inform the client that we are here to help and provide her with brand new doors to replace her damaged doors but we have yet to hear a response.

Kitchen and Bathroom Cabinet Painting
I had quotes from a few companies. Their quote was detailed and separated each room. I had some questions and Todd was the only company that replied. Platinum Pro were easy to reach. The entire team were so pleasant and professional. I am amazed at the quality of the work and how fast and smooth everything went. I am thrilled with the finished product. The cabinets look brand new again.

Kitchen repainting
The job sounded daunting, but Sebastian came by, looked at everything and explained the process. The team could not have done better. The preparation was first class. The work seemed very speedy. The follow up was completely satisfactory. We thought we would have to wait until Tuesday to have our kitchen back. Unexpectedly, the team were able to have it back in place by the Friday evening. They came back to tweak on Tuesday, but even the untweaked job was great. And a special mention to them, as the Friday had one of the worst winter storms we had seen all winter, when we had almost no winter storms. I would have understood if they postponed on that stormy day. They didn't. Thank you to this fabulous team. Susan and Joe
