Had a small problem at our house. Pestend was the most helpful in determining the problem and helping us get rid of it. Neetu answered emails promptly and with all info we needed. She also helped us schedule treatments on short notice. Service was completed by Naseer who came to our house and professionally and efficiently applied the treatment as well as answered my many, many questions! I also really appreciate how he didn't make me do a ton of unnecessary work that other places were requiring. Thank you Naseer, Neetu and Pestend for helping us get rid of this problem!

I had a flying ant infestation that seemed to occur overnight. Luqman came out within a few hours of my call. He located the nest inside our air vent and treated the perimeter of the house also. I'm very satisfied with the professional and courteous service I received. Thanks Luqman!

I called oest end today, and they were able to send an inspector the same day withing a few hours. Luqman was our inspector and he was both very thorough and took his time to explain to me what he was doing. The inspection took about 30 minutes from start to end, which i think was a good amount of time. He was very professional, and very polite. We did not have bed bugs (thank God!) and we feel much better about the state of our house having heard this! I was happy to pay $70.00 for a service that was professional, timely and thorough. We would recommend Luqman as he is very knowledgeable and very thorough!

What great prompt service! I called Pestend this morning, first time, just found them online. I needed immediate service to remove a wasp nest so that I could get new eavestroughs installed after much rain and water damage in my basement. Tony came the same day! He had all the tools to take out the wasp nest and now I can move forward with the eaves. Thanks Tony! Great service, you are a brave soul.

I don't like bugs! And with a small toddler who can be a messy eater, ants were attracted to her crumbs - even after I wiped the floor with vinegar! We also saw silver fish and the really big ugly centipede type creatures. Arg!!!! We called Pestend and Naseer came to spray. He was punctual, friendly and assured us that our daughter wouldn't be harmed by the spray (of course we stayed out of the house for more than the recommended time just to be safe). There was a huge improvement!! But eventually we saw some of the more stubborn creepy crawlies..... So we called them again - they have a 6 month guarantee. You can't say this about most companies anymore, but with Pestend - they had integrity and kept their promise. They sprayed again as part of their no fee guarantee. Naseer, the technician, listened to our concerns and re-sprayed. I would definitely use them again in future.

Hi my name is Daniel.i saw some wasp flying close to the ground in my back yard but was not sure where the nest is.I called pestend they came on the same day..NASEER was here he looked in the ground and find the exact place where the nest was. He first destroyed the nest efficiently than he removed it along with eggs from underneath the ground. Price was very affordable and service was quick.. Now m very happy that my kids can go to the back yard....

As the weather started getting warm the spiders and ants wanted to stay in our house and on the driveway. We called Pestend as we already made them our pest control company. The technician Naseer came on the very next day and started the treatment after getting all of the information from us. He was so nice, well experienced and educated technician. He did the treatment very professionally. He was wearing booties (house cleaning purpose). We all are really impressed by his customer service skills. We asked him so many questions and he answered all with good explanation. 30 minutes after the treatment we saw thousands of dead ants came out near to the garage door and this was unbelievable. We immediately called the technician as we were worried about these many ants. Naseer explained us that this is natural as the treatment is showing its effects. Thanks Pestend and Naseer. Pestend arrived within one hour of my call providing non toxic treatment for beetles. Preventative covers for the mattress were provided as well and to date they have not reappeared. Service by their representative Luqman Butter was prompt, informed and courteous.
