I called Pestend after our apartment showed signs of bed bugs. Zafar was our engineer and I think it is best to share the process and experience from end to end. I called a broker who pointed me in the direction of Pestend. I was completely unknowing of what to do and I am incredibly happy to have had my first (and hopefully only!!) pest exterminator with Pestend. During the first visit (where they consult and exterminate), Zafar was very communicative and let me know when he was going to be arriving. To not cause unnecessary worry from the others in the apartment, Zafar was very discreet with his equipment which was kept in a ambiguous black bag. Upon entering my apartment, he quickly asked a lot of very relevant questions which made me feel comfortable in that I was hiring the right company. Zafar let me know what steps would be necessary to follow through with after the first visit, answering all of my questions very well and assured me that I had caught it early and I would not have anything to worry about. He also gave very clear expectations of what I should expect after the first visit (like still seeing some bugs while they die). I was a little bit paranoid after he had finished his first run through with the chemicals, and ended up texting him a few additional questions, to which he responded very quickly to and definitely re-assured me that everything will work out well. After 2 weeks I reached out to Zafar to schedule a follow-up appointment, and he was incredibly accommodating with scheduling when I was available. During his second visit, Zafar communicated that this second visit he wanted to go through the apartment once again to be very confident that all will be well going forward. I would definitely recommend Pestend to others. It was more than just a service, it was peace of mind.

Phoned Pestend to get rid of some wasps in our soffit and an appointment was scheduled for the next day. Tony showed up on time, and was very professional, he explained exactly what type of problem we had and then set about getting rid of the wasps. Haven't seen any more wasps today. Thanks!

Moe was very professional and prompt. He arrived early to accommodate my commitments and cleaned job the site. He explained the guarantee and worked very quickly. I would recommend his service to others

Zafar is one of the pest control exterminators and he did such an amazing job....he was very friendly he was very clear on what he was going to do and what we needed to do....he made the process less stressful by making me feel comfortable leaving him in my home while we were all away because of his great personality...THANK YOU ZAFAR !!!!!

Pestend Pest Control is a very professional company. I called them for an ant problem I was having in my home. They quickly set up an appointment for me. Moe our technician was excellent. No more ants! Will refer to my friends and family. Good follow up as well.

We had cockroaches mainly in the kitchen and wanted an eco-friendly way treatment to get rid of them. Nitin answered the call and was very polite and friendly. An appointment was booked not long after. Naseer came to do the treatment, he was punctual, polite and efficient. A few weeks later we saw a more cockroaches back in the house so we arranged for another appointment. Again, he was punctual, efficient and polite. The second visit was covered through the warranty which was great. I had a very good experience with this company!
