    Mice extermination

    We are using Pestend Inc since from last 2 and half years. There technicians are well trained and experienced. They not only exterminate the pest issues but gives us the recommendations too. Their recommendations are very useful and provide ya future prevention. Pest eliminations is not only technicians responsibility but as a property owner we have to follow the recommendations too. Thanks Pestend team, I already recommend your services to all my family and friends. They used your services and very happy.

    Raccoon removal from roof

    Very efficient and effective work. Went the extra mile to ensure I was aware of what work was being done. No hidden fees!!

    Pest Treatment

    I called this company to help with a bedbug issue. While the company itself was professional, the technician that they sent (Fazee) was incredibly unprofessional both in his service and knowledge of the issue. He was condescending, answered his personal phone calls (while I waited for 10 minutes for him to begin the treatment), left my place in a mess (chemicals in the kitchen sink, box spring thrown back on my bed crooked), said he treated my suitcase/backpack that was right next to my bed (however when I came back they hadnt moved an inch and had not even been opened) (outlets next to my bed on one side had also been forgotten). I could write a lot more, but the point of this post is that I would not recommend this company because of this experience. Bed bugs (and any pest), are a major nuisance and hard to get rid of - if Im going to be paying hundreds of dollars for a service, then I think it justifiable to expect a service properly done (not rushed through/spaces forgotten) - and my home left in the state it came in.

    Mice control

    Moe is such a professional technician. He did a great inspection to find out from where mice can come in ,and He put poison boxes that get rid of them. Now it is 3 weeks from his visit, I didn't find any mice again. Thank you Moe, you have done such a professional work that I were looking for.

    Wasp nest removal

    Showed up right on time..very efficient, Nest was 30 feet up,professional job. Would highly recommend.

    Cockroaches removal

    I needed to get rid of cockroaches in my home and contacted pest end. Moe was sent to my home and he did a very good job. He also called to follow up. Moe is very professional and knowledgeable. He is very patient and took his time to explain the process to me. I have not seen cockroaches in my home since the treatment. I will recommend Moe and pest end for all pest control needs.

    Mice extermination

    Had a technician Moe, come to our home for a mouse problem! Nor was very kind and since his visit we have had zero sightings, no more droppings and no other signs of mice. To me that’s worth every penny!!! Will likely have him back for just a follow up in a few months since we’ll be opening some walls. Would recommend this company to others.

    Service

    Moe was sent out to carry out an assessment of my complaint about mice infestation in my residence. He did a thorough inspection, placed traps and pest control treatment. I have not heard the mice movements as frequently as used to be the case prior to Moe’s intervention and hope that they wil not be back.

    Silverfish

    Found them on Homestars and they guaranteed 6 months so I thought what a deal! At first I was excited to finally get rid of the issue but after the first visit the silverfish kept showing up. So I emailed and they said give it a couple more weeks so I did. Made another appointment and same issue the silverfish didn't die! I think in total they sprayed 3/4 times in those 6 months and we didn't notice a difference. After the 6 months I emailed to let them know it didn't work and guess what? No response! HA I'M NOT SURPRISED! They take your money so if you got a silverfish issue don't waste your time!

After reviewing your account, I can see that we performed a mice and silverfish extermination together. However, the follow up visits were just for silverfish, which means that we were successfully able resolve your mice issue. Regarding the silverfish follow ups, the interval between the follow ups range anywhere from 2-3 months, which indicates that the treatment did work for that period. In certain cases, the insects can come back if the dampness and moisture in the problem areas is not resolved. A chemical treatment is designed to only address the current issue, consequently if ay structural issues are not addressed the problem may persist. Also, according to our records the last email we received from you was on August/28/2017, and there was a prompt response, which resulted in scheduling you for a follow up appointment on Sep/13/2017 based upon your availability.     Mice problem

    Moe was easy to work with and solved our mice problem in less than 2 hours. Felt good knowing he would come back in 6 month if by chance he missed something but he didn’t need to.
