    Home Staging

    As a local Realtor in the Oakville, Burlington, Mississauga area I always recommend, and pay for, a home staging consultation for each one of my clients. Patrick from Studio Linea has always been there for me, professional, friendly, courteous and most of all he never makes my clients feel self conscious of the state/condition of their home.     Home Staging

    I was recently asked to list a gorgeous, custom built bungalow in prestigious South East Oakville. This lovely home featured 3,150 square feet on the main floor, and approximately 2,600 square feet of finished space in the lower level. Unfortunately, the basement, while very appealing, was also totally empty. It did not present a good impression. Patrick, who I have worked with for years as my "go to" home stager, presented a staging proposal to my clients, and happily, they agreed. The basement area was then professionally staged by Patrick, and the result was quite spectacular. Suddenly we had a fantastic additional living area to present to our potential buyers. And the ultimate positive result is that this beautiful home, listed for over $2,000,000, sold. I have no doubt that the staging of the basement had a positive impact on the buyer's decision to purchase the home.     Home Staging

    I had a listing for my client which was vacant, and Studio Linea's Patrick provided me fantastic service. He came in, gave me an estimate and made the place look fabulous. He was wonderful to work with and reasonable with pricing. The listing sold within 3 days and I believe the staging had a lot to do with it. I highly recommend Studio Linea and their services.

    had to quickly sell house

    The test of a true professional is that they can provide a great level of service with little lead time or advance notice. I had to sell my house quickly and decided at the very last minute to have my house staged. Although Patrick was very busy, I was able to convince him to come by and provide a consultation (the night before the photographer was due for the video and photos). He was very understanding of my situation. He saw my house at 8:00 p.m. He went to his warehouse, assessed his stock, came up with ideas and provided me an estimate in 4 hours by email. We had a deal by 1:00 am.. He came early in the morning and set everything up. By 11:00 am. the photographer was at my place and my house looked amazing. Patrick is truly talented and very resourceful to be able to deliver such high quality staging services with less than 15 hours turnaround time! A few things he set up I was not sure about but he reassured me that it would look good. When the photos and video came out, what he did worked aesthetically. I would highly recommend Patrick for home staging and providing advice and guidance in design and décor. He has a great eye and senses what would work with your personal style. His prices are affordable and well worth the investment. I got a good price for my house and it sold before my deadline. As a human resource professional, I recognize good talent when I see it in action and the advice and expertise Studio Linea brings is money well spent. Studio Linea exceeded my expectations and Patrick is a delight to work with. I would highly recommend his services without reservation. Even my real estate agent was amazed at the outcome and requested his card.Thanks Patrick for helping me out of my "crunch".

    Home Staging - Sale

    I wasn't sure whether staging would be worthwhile but once I saw it setup I was 100% certain that it was worth every penny. Patrick is a true artist. He transformed our house into feeling so luxurious I started to have second thoughts about selling. We had neighbours complimenting our house after seeing the photos on MLS. We got tons of viewings and our house sold quickly and at a great price. Patrick was incredibly professional and and supportive from start to finish, he is a genuinely kind person. I have and will be recommending Patrick to anyone in need of staging as well as consulting him for interior design suggestions when we buy our next home. It was a real pleasure to work with him, I urge you to contact Studio Linea!

    Professionalism.  Expressive style.  Esthetic design.   Studio Linea has become synonymous with these virtues of home staging for our family.   Upon our first meeting with Patrick, we became confident in his knowledge and thorough  understanding of his profession. Patrick proved to be more than capable of showcasing our home in the most current and elegant trend demanded by discriminating home seekers in our area.  His professional manner made the process simple and unobtrusive, a most welcomed relief during the selling process.  As a result, our home had a large amount of traffic immediately after the pictures were posted, and it sold in one week.   Thank you Patrick, we appreciate all your hard work.
