Quick sale in Toronto
We had to sell our Toronto home quickly, since we had conditionally purchased a home in Ottawa. Deadlines & budget were tight and some kept changing, but Patrick was so accommodating. He kept in touch with me and made himself available last minute. Having never met him in person, we worked efficiently via phone and e-mail, and he was very professional and able to get things done on point on such short notice. He completely transformed our modest eclectic property into a chic, sexy place to live. He worked wonders with paint colours and furnishings. I was amazed at the results! Needless to say, we sold in less than 10 days for over the asking price. We were so pleased with Patrick and his team and would love to work with him again. I highly recommend using him for your next staging project. Patrick is fantastic and a real gem!

Home Staging
Patrick staged my home in preparation for sale. He did this on very short notice, but his experience was evident and after a walk-through returned with just the right pieces. The time spent to ensure everything was "just right" showed in the results. Where possible, my existing furniture was used. I had no idea my house could look the way Patrick arranged and decorated it - it was like a makeover of the calibre you see on TV. I highly recommend Patrick for his expertise and attention to detail. He will treat your home as if it were his own! My home sold in under a week at 100% of asking price. Thank you Patrick, I will be keeping your information permanently in my contacts.

Staging Of Century Townhouse In Roncessvalle Village
I hired Studio Linea to stage a century old townhouse that I was going to be selling. Patrick came out to see the house and was very interested in staging it for us. We had to scale back the original quote and had removed some staging on the 2nd level. As this was an investment property we had a budget that we had to stay withing and Patrick made it work for us. The house showed extremely well and we received many compliments. The house ended up selling within the week for over ask and was the second highest priced townhouse sold in the Roncessvalle Vilalge area. We would use this company again for our next project. stagging
Patrick was very accommodating when we called on short notice to stage our home. He did an amazing job bringing in furniture and accessories, artwork while using some of our own furniture to make our home look inviting and spacious - the home sold in less than a week for 100% of the list price. Patrick has an amazing personality and is a pleasure to work with. Having our home staged was worth the cost, and we would do it again in an instant because of Patrick. Mariola and Joe

Staging my condo
I think the Oakville Home Stagers made a really big difference when it came to selling my apartment. Their furniture was the perfect fit and style for my condo. As a result the pictures really "popped" when they were uploaded to MLS. In turn, this drove more people through my unit. Moreover, Patrick and his team were helpful, checked in with me to see if I was on board with their vision, and staged and then de - staged with minimal impact. I highly recommend their services. Home staging
It was such a pleasure to work with Patrick Fornasari and Studio Linea. At first we didn't know what to expect when we decided to stage our home but Patrick definitely surprised us when he was finished his work! He is absolutely professional in his engagement but also very personable and understanding to his clients. We loved how he didn't completely change our style but was able to enhance our home in a way that showcased all the living space. As soon as our listing went up, we had viewings booked for days and sold on the first day! Thank you so much Patrick for utilizing your creativity to help us sell our home. We highly recommend Studio Linea and Patrick for anyone who wants to stage their home to show the value and potential of their property!

Patrick from Studio Linea is a magician! He did such a fantastic job, we didn't even know our house could look like that. He is genuinely a wonderful person. He was punctual. He truly cares about his clients. We were kept informed before, during and after. There was never an issue. He is extremely accommodating. He worked well with pieces we already had and wasn't pushy like some people can be. He truly cares about his craft. He is one of a kind. You will NOT be disappointed by him or his work. Home Staging
I had Patrick from Studio Linea stage my home for sale. I must say that he did a wonderful job. First, he is professional with a keen eye for design, he worked exceptionally well with the pieces we already had in our home and the end result looked fantastic. He was prompt and on time during all our appointments and worked like well oiled machine but still had time for questions. On a personal note, I thought he was extremely gratuitous when working in my home, polite and complementary. His wonderful attitude helped make me feel comfortable while transitioning my home. I wanted to write this letter of recommendation for Patrick Fornasari of Studio Linea home staging and redesign. Not only was Patrick a pleasure to work with, he did a beautiful job on the staging of my home and at a very competitive price. I had talked to two other staging companies but did not get the same feeling or passion as Patrick had demonstrated during our conversations and site visit. My conversation with Patrick was not based on what is included and not included in his quote but his main focus was how can make your house look good, the entire house with no exclusions. The results speak of itself as my house was sold in two weeks for 98% of the asking price. I deal with many different companies on a daily basis and the professionalism of Studio Linea home staging and redesign was outstanding. The job was taken care of in a timely manner and done to perfection. I would definitely use Patrick again if the occasion arose. Patrick staged our property before it went for sale. My wife and I found him to be a very charming and considerate person to deal with. He did an incredible job in transforming our home into a stylish and practical space with artistic touch. Our home sold in one day well over asking price. Would use his services again and refer him to our friends.
