We discovered some wet walls in the basement of our new house and instinctively called Bill. He stopped by right away for a look and gave us a couple of different options for how to remedy the moisture problem. We opted to do the full basement and Bill supported us every step of the way. The waterproofing crew were courteous, hardworking, and punctual. The finisher is the ultimate craftsman, was easy to work with and helped us come up with some great creative solutions to make the most of our space. Bill clearly communicated any issues that came up and was always cognizant of our overall budget. We've worked with Bill in the past but never for such a big job. We are thankful to him and his knowledgeable tradespeople: our basement is now dry as a bone and is the greatest hang-out space for our family.

From our first conversation with Bill it was clear that he is an experienced professional. Through the entire process Bill and his team were friendly and responsive, they listened, gave honest advice about the reno and respected our budget. Bill also provided updates at the end of each day which really showed us his commitment to moving the project along and completing it within our desired timeframe. We are very happy with the reno and level of service provided. We would definitely call on Bill again in the future.

Bill was very responsive and careful to explain the process to me. His roofing team was polite and kept the worksite clean during and at the end of the job. He is easy to talk to, and he was present some of the time, while the work was being done. His guys also replaced a downspout for me.

We hired them to waterproof our foundation. Bill and his crew were really professional and did great a job. After the work was completed, the driveway was cleaner than they found it. I highly recommend them and I would use them again.

I'ved hired Fairney and Sons before and have always been very satisfied. The staff are very experienced, highly skilled, friendly and courteous to me and the neighbours. The new fence is lovely, really makes the yard, Peter and Trudy had some great suggestions too. The front framing is terrific, looks just great and is super strong, reinforced with rebar. The front is filled with perennials and the crew were very careful with the plants. Mike and the two Ryans showed up first thing every morning until the job was done. One of the best things about this company is the cleanup-they clean up everyday they are on the job, they never leave any mess behind, and when finished they do an even more thorough clean.

Bill and his team were great to work with from the start to end. Not only was Bill a great resource to bounce ideas off of, he was really responsive with all correspondences and eager to help. We had to waterproof and parge a 40' wall and repair two sets of concrete stairs. The work was done quickly and well. This is a company you can depend on to be both professional and efficient.

Great job from the quote through the clean-up. Work was completed on time and the quality of the finished product was first rate. They kept us in the loop during the job to deal with the usual surprises. Would definitely hire them again.

Bill and Peter helped us completely rebuild an old deck. They put proper cement footings and and made sure it is 100% solid for many years to come.
