Jeremy will be returning next week and will have a reply for you regarding these issues. Thank you for bringing this to our attention. -Land-Con Staff We are sorry that you are not satisfied with our work and we do take this very seriously as we are a company that has built up a very good reputation as the other reviews can show. it is very rare for us to run into issues like this. I believe a lot of this is possibly miss-communication. And possibly would have been better to have the project done while you were home instead of out of town while the project was being done so that if you saw something you didn't like we could have changed it for you. As far as you stating that things needed to be fixed...I don't recall these items you talk of. I do re-call things that you wanted done that were not part of the contract and when given the fee to do the extras you declined and therefore you might have done them your self after the fact. In regards to me missing my meeting I did do that but in lieu of me coming there I sent Jeff instead so that at least someone did show up. And finally yes i did send one of my guys down to complete a few things you had complained about and maybe I should have let you know first but my main priority was getting one of my employees there asap as this is we want to do if clients have a complaint we try to respond asap.
