Ofer and the team did a great job on the backyard renovation. No matter how many questions we asked or suggestions we made the crew was always helpful and polite. They were here when they said and worked hard all day. There initial quotes and plans were detailed and although not the lowest or the highest of bids - they were the most responsive and eager for business. Great work

My husband and I are extremely satisfied with the work done by Land Con on our porch, driveway and walkway. The quote was sent by email, with very clear prices and fees. They made all of the changes we requested with efficiency and responded so quickly to all my emails and calls. Scheduling was quick and the work was done in three days! The crew was great to work with, and answered all of our questions. Very efficient and detailed oriented! One of the owners Ofer would come two or three times a day to supervise the work and make sure everything was perfect. And it was! We are definitely using Land-Con in the future. Thank you so much guys!

Land-Con really came through for us, as we had just bought a new house that required significant landscaping (900 square face feet of retaining wall and a 1,700 sqft driveway). Initially, we got proposals from 8 different companies of varying size, including Land Con. Their proposal was not the least, but it was far from the most expensive. We chose them based on the level of detail they provided in their proposal, their willingness to work with us, their credentials (They actually have certification for retaining wall construction) and their 5 year warranty on all work. They started very quickly after we came to terms. They were literally at work by 7:30am, every morning of the project and, barring bad weather, generally kept going until 7pm. They went to extremes to keep our neighbors happy, including doing an excellent tidy up after work each and every day. All in all, it was really one of, if not THE most pleasant experiences we have had working with a contractor (and we have had many over the years). We actually miss seeing Matt and Jeremy every morning and every member of their crew was really great to deal with. I am looking forward to having them come back and do our backyard next year. Sorry Jeremy, it won't be as big a project as the front, but we can't think of having anyone else do the job at this point.

Ofer and his team are absolutely incredible. If HomeStars would allow us to give an 11 out of 10, LandCon would definitely get it! Our project included a backyard flagstone patio, with a curved natural stone sitting wall and a natural stone built-in BBQ. They also completed a walkway in the backyard running on the outside of the stone sitting wall. Ofer is one of the owners and is easy going and amazing to deal with. He gave us a start date and began two days ahead of this date; he committed to an end date and finished ahead of schedule. Our job had a lot of natural stone work where skilled people are critical. His guys (Gino, Steve, Sammy and the rest of the crew) were not only friendly but EXTREMELY skilled, knowledgeable and efficient. They would start early (8am) and work late (which in my case was a huge PLUS as I really needed this project completed on time). Pricing was also very fair compared to similar quotes. I took a chance with LandCon as I never used them before; I found them from signage in my area of landscape jobs they had completed in Forest Hill. I’m so happy I took the chance with them. The job was completed approximately 2 weeks ago and we love it! I’ve called Ofer back for a few minor items (replacing some SOD which didn’t take, mortaring a small area in the stone work); each time I called him he came back and did the adjustment right away (even after I paid him for the full job - amazing follow-up :). We are really delighted with the final product and overall experience with Ofer and his team. Thanks guys and well done! Highly recommend!

I was very happy with the work done by Land Con on my driveway and walkway. The quote they gave me was well organized and I liked that they sent it by email. Scheduling was quick and the work was done efficiently. They came and tore out my old driveway and completed all the interlocking in two days. I was very satisfied and I have already recommended them to a friend.

I was referred to Land Con many years ago and I have used them for many jobs ever since. I run a sunroom company and I hire them to do the landscaping, interlocking stonework and so on. The two owners are really great and they keep a professional crew, which I really appreciate. Great work!

I met them at a homeshow and I compared prices with other companies (theirs was mid range, not the highest or the lowest) but with sales it's always chemistry, and he's honest. I checked on a few jobs that they did and I spoke with the owners and they seemed okay. The job turned out okay and I think they did a good job. What could they have done better? Maybe bring me coffee in the morning?

They've done a few projects for me but just exterior landscaping. I think I saw their truck parked on a job one day and their price was competitive but I found them more professional than other companies. They're really knowledgeable guys and it's nice to be dealing with a business, not just guys with trucks. If there are any deficiencies they're always quick to deal with them. I'm very satisfied and would definitely give them a 10 out of 10.

Ofer and his crew did an extraordinary masonry job for us. We have an older home with a formal back yard (box wood and yew hedges laid out in classical symmetry ) and were looking for a company that could add stonework in a manner that suited what we already had. Ofer delivered in a big way , on time and on budget. I highly recommend him and Land-Con.

I found them online and when the guy came by for the estimate he was really friendly and we hit it off (he had great numbers too). They dug out and installed an interlocking patio and walkway for me and I was completely happy with the job. They did it fast and I have no complaints about the guys. I bought the house as a flip and I plan on using them again in my next house. I'd give them a 10 plus.
