Called The Plumbing Expert and spoke to Elie. Explained situation with dripping water valve and he was quick to quote us a reasonable cost. Elie showed up on time and assessed the situation. He ran out to get a part and fixed the issue. After completion Elie waited patiently for Region of Peel to come and turn water back on. I would definately recommend his services to my family and friends. Elie was very courteous and family oriented. Thanks Elie for putting my mind at ease.

After turning off the water to my house due to an emergency, the main water valve started to leak. Elie explained what I needed to do so he could come and replace the valve. He arrived just in time to catch the City of Toronto worker about to leave after turning off the water to the house. He saved me from incurring another charge by having to call the city to turn on the water after the repair. He was fast and knew exactly what he was doing. We were so satisfied with his work that we asked him to replace the sump pump in the basement. He corrected an issue with the pipes as our original sump pump was not properly installed. As well, installed a new air duct on our dryer. Will definetly be calling him in the future if I need a plumber.

We had a clog in kitchen backing up our double sink and dish washer over the weekend and we were expecting the worst! We called The Plumbing Expert on Sunday morning, he came to assess the issue and had it resolved faster than we imagined. He was professional, knowledgeable, prepared, and efficient. We are extremely pleased with the result and would recommend his services to everyone.

The plumbing expert replaced my old toilet with a new one I had purchased. Quick and efficient service. I am very pleased.

We needed a plumber to fix a number of things in our house (position of the water meter pipe, problem on the main washroom shower, and plumbing in the basement washroom). Elle was very punctual and also knowledgeable with his trade. We had a lot of questions with our plumbing as the house that we had bought a few years back is already very old. Elle had explained everything that needed to be done and also minimize the required changes to ensure minimal damage and cost (ie. just changing the shower handle cartridge and replace the broken shower head for now instead of changing the whole shower set as that can be done when we upgrade the main bath in a few years). He also gave us an estimate for the basement washroom. We just paid $500 for the labour/services. We will definitely call Elle back when we're ready to do our upgrades.

We had this young gentleman come and fix out bathroom toilet and out treatment table faucet. He was on time and very polite. Everything was done in a timely manner and explained what needed to be done and was able to get new parts very fast. We would recommend him to everyone! :)

Elie was exceptional. We called him on a Saturday night do deal with a particularly difficult frozen pipe situation. Not only was he able to come out that night, he also worked into the early morning to deal with the issue. He brought his originality and determination, saving us thousands in damage had our pipes burst.

Only person to return my call about a burst pipe. Came over quickly and found a quick and effective solution to our problem. Very reasonable cost given that he came in the early hours of the morning.
