    Broken shore cartridge

    This is the second time we have called Elie for an emergency repair. He came quickly, after I called him after 9 pm. He quickly replaced the broken piece and he even taught my son about plumbing. We will definitely call Elie again.

    New Shower Plumbing

    Elie did a fantastic job of installing new plumbing for a shower, including a drain, and putting in new plumbing for the sink. He was competitively priced, and was extremely professional and friendly. He was more than happy to work within my timelines, including coming over on a weekend to finish the job. He took great pride in making sure the work was done right and was an excellent communicator who was always on time. I would certainly go with Elie again for any plumbing work.

    water pump valve

    I called Elie to fix our leaking valve after seeing the great rating on homestar. I was pleasantly surprised when he answered his cell phone right away and was happy to come and help. He was at my house within the day and fixed the leak using the materials he had on hand. I was more than pleased and have already had him give me a quote on another plumbing project in the house.

    DISHWASHER INSTALL

    I needed a dishwasher disconnected and a new one installed. Elie did a great job at a very good price. He also put us in contact with a great electrician. I would refer Elie to my friends and will use him again.

    Reinstalling basement bathroom

    Elie urged me to write a review immediately, but I'm glad I waited. He seemed great at first, but the problems emerged afterwards. I phoned him right after the job to ask about a minor problem with the toilet. He was defensive and immediately started in on why this could not possibly be his fault, and would only offer to take a look at it for an additional fee. Luckily the problem cleared up. A few months later a leak started from the cold water valve leading to the sink. He had used an old, beaten-up valve that fit poorly. It cost hundreds to have it fixed, all so that he could save a tiny amount on a new valve.

The toilet was fully functional after the install and the problem cleared up after discussing over the phone what should and shouldn't be flushed down the toilet.     Pinhole Leaking Copper Pipe

    Forget the 10/10 maximum rating that HomeStars allows you, The Plumbing Expert gets an 11/10!! I found a pinhole leak in the copper pipe coming from the hot water tank. I came to HomeStars to find someone to help me out and I called Elie. Elie is phenomenal! He came out very quickly even when he had other jobs and being the day before Good Friday, that should tell you all you need to know about him. He took care of the job very quickly and was very knowledgeable. The quality of the work he did was impeccable, even going so far as to fix the random patch jobs that Direct Energy had done when they installed the hot water tank. Elie, it was a pleasure doing business with you, and from this point onwards you are my plumber. I heartily recommend calling The Plumbing Expert first and will recommend Elie to all my friends and family.

    Laundry Room

    Repeat customer, second time using Elie for my plumbing needs. This time some work in my laundry room, installing a new laundry tub and modifying the plumbing for my washing machine. Good communication and prompt as usual. Makes sure everything is done right. Everybody should have a good plumber to rely on. Just like having a family doctor/dentist or mechanic.

    Gas line removal, faucet removal

    Service was quick and painless. Elie was very helpful in answering questions not related to the service being done. Both Elie and Elie were knowledgeable and friendly. We would definitely call them in the future to fix other things in our house.

    Plumbing - Laundry Sink

    My wife and I just bought a house in Brampton. Little did we know how many problems we also inherited with the purchase of the house. An issue we rain into was with our laundry sink leaking. We called around to find outrageous prices for installing a laundry sink. We came across The Plumbing Expert online, and we are both so happy we did.     Faucet Replacement

    We called Elie to take a look at our bathtub taps as they were not shutting off. He called us back right away and is very easy to get in touch with. He quoted us $150 over the phone and in the end we paid $150. He called before he arrived, and brought me a coffee. He was early and the job did not take long. He is very friendly and knowledgeable, and he was able to answer a lot of my questions. If we have other plumbing needs, we will definitely be calling him back.
