    Repaired indoor/outdoor tap

    We contacted Elie because of the positive reviews at Homestars. He arrived a bit early, was very friendly, professional and gave good advice. His rates were reasonable and he gave us a Seniors discount! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him and will definitely call him again when the need arises.

    Installation of bathroom sink and faucet

    I found this plumbing company online. Speaking with the owner was reassuring from my first phone call. I immediately felt comfortable. The work done in my bathroom was to my satisfaction. The service was prompt and friendly. I would hire this company again and recommend to my friends and family.

    Clogged and Leaky Kitchen Sink

    Not knowing any plumbers, I cold-called THE PLUMBING EXPERTS after searching on the internet. I was extremely happy with this company; great service and very professional. Elie showed up on time as promissed and began tackling the job in a professional and friendly manner. Despite the bigger problems encountered, Elie would not give up as he continued different approaches until the problem was solved. Definitely recommend giving him a call, no matter how big or small the problem is. Elie, thanks again!

    Damaged shower control

    Very impressive service provided from initial phone call all the way through to follow-up call. Service technician came within an hour and kept at the job until my Shower control was up and running, the technician, was extremely professional and polite. Very satisfied with the good service and reasonable price. Work was done carefully and good tidying up at completion. Would hire again.

    Replace all sinks and faucets, installation of food disposer, dishwasher and fridge water line.

    I moved into a new home (new construction) and had Elie replace all my sinks and faucets (7 in total), installed my food disposer, dishwasher and refridgerator water line. I didn't like the "builder grade" fixtures. Excellent communication from day one. He always returns your calls or messages promptly. Shows up on time and works quickly to complete the job. Definitely believes in doing the job right to ensure the homeowner is happy and will hopefully refer other clients in the future. This is a true rarity in today's businesses. I feel very lucky to have found a plumber like Elie. Thank you.

    Install sink, dishwasher, laundry, dryer & clogged basement drain!

    Working with Elie was great. He was very responsive with phone calls and was flexible when we needed to reschedule our appointment. He is professional and knowledgeable on all things plumbing! When our oversize sink turned out to be installed at a lower height (making it difficult to connect), he quickly came up with an alternate way to install our pipes. We will definitely use Elie's services again for future plumbing work. Highly recommended!! Elie also recommended John, the drain specialist to us. A few days after we moved into our new (resale) home, we discovered that the basement drain was significantly clogged!! John of Plumbing Experts came to the rescue and fixed our problem the day we called. He came in right away, knowing that time was precious, and took time to explain the problem and solutions to us. We really appreciate his professionalism and attention to our drain problem. We also highly recommend his services!! Thank you Elie and John!

    Bathroom Leak

    He was the third plumber to come to our house and the only one that had the knowledge to fix our problem. He was thorough in assessing and figuring out exactly what the issue was. We absolutely recommend The Plumbing Expert.

    Shower Repair

    We had an emergency leak in our shower as a pipe burst while we were fixing a minor repair, and ultimately had to shut off the main water to the house. The worst part of it was our house was being listed for sale the following day and we needed it repaired immediately! Not only did Elie return our phone message promptly, but he rearranged his day and showed up within a couple of hours. He was friendly and effiicient, and did fantastic work for a very reasonable price! As a result of his professionalism, we are already planning to give him more business when we move into our new home that we know needs some plumbing work done. Thanks again, Elie!!

    Plumbing - Fixing a leaking copper pipe

    We had an isue with a leak in a copper pump leading from our recirculation pump into the water heater. Elie was recommended by Carmine our Heating and Ventilation Contractor and he came through with flying colours. Elie called me and although this was a small job he did not brush me off and arranged a time to come by and accomodated my busy schedule. He identified the problem and fixed it, but more importanly explained how the system should function and what might cause future problems and how to maintain and prevent future issues. He was curteous, punctual and highly knowledgeable. I would definitely use him again and recommend him.

    Condo Plumbing

    I had a major disaster at my condo renovation site. This was an expensive property and required expertise and detail. The initial plumber I had did everything wrong, nothing was to code and pipes were a mess! The inspection failed! I called Elie on May 12, 2012 and he came to check out the site within 24 hours. I first asked if he had experience in plumbing condos and he told me he did and that was great to hear! He came and told me everything that was incorrect and gave me a fair price and a timeline of how long the job would take. He was true to his word! Did an amazing job, got a pass on the inspection on the last day and has followed up with me since, to ensure the project is proceeding well. I will not recommend anybody else for any future jobs except Elie!!!!
