Even though this was a small job, they came to our home and gave us a very fair estimate based on our needs. They did not try to oversell us on a more expensive option. The water heater was installed the very next day. The technicians were prompt and the work was completed within the time expected. Later that day I phoned the company with a minor concern about the installation. The technician was there within the hour and quickly addressed the concern to my satisfaction.

Had a pleasurable experience with Premier. They were one of the only contractors who got back to me and replied to my e-mails quickly and did not cancel or not show up. The price was competitive and beat out other contractors for better quality equipment, They showed up on time, the installation went smoothly and the equipment has been working great so far. Recommended.

Martin and his team installed a new furnace at our home. The service was impeccable. Matin answered all our questions with great details, as usual. Marin came the day before to take all the measurements and finalize the arragements. They left the house very cleaned and they were respectful of our environment during the installation. I recommend without any hesitation Premier Comfort Heating and Cooling.

We were recommended by the former homeowners to contact Eric to close the pool for each season. We did this and he was very efficient and knows alot about pools. He took his time performing the work and even told my spouse how to open the pool in the spring so as to save us from having to pay again. He said closing is more difficult so it is understandable to get a professional but once he described how to open the pool, he said unless there was a problem, there was no point in paying someone to do it. I thought this was very honest from a business which could have easily told us we needed him to open and close the pool in order to acquire more money from us. It is not often that you see a business trying to save a consumer money which was very impressive and so for this reason we would trust this company and Eric again!

I had an intermittent problem with my furnace (some days it worked, other days it didn't). I saw the reviews here and decided to call Premier in the morning last week and they got a tech here by the afternoon. The tech, Adam M., fixed the problem and did a maintenance check in a little over an hour. I also liked that he explained and showed me what he was doing as he did it. The furnace has been working great since then and I plan to call Premier again if I have another issue.

I was so impressed with this company's service. It started with a really efficient receptionist (a rarity these days) and continued with the technicial that came to my home. The are knowledgable and explain the details of what is wrong and what is needed to be fixed. I recommend them whole heartedly.

They were on time for the appointment, very professional work extremly clean and made sure they were clean while they working aswell.they were knowladgable of the products they were working with very courteous.

Very professional service and knowledgeable staff. We were having troouble getting the humidity over 24% in our home. Eric came to check the existing humidifier and found that it was too small for the size of home and suggested a newer more efficient unit. When his technician came to install the unit, he found that the original unit was also improperly situated on the furnance. Thanks guys, great work.
