Monty answered my request to come up with a cost-effective solution to replace my existing Forced Air Heating Furnace, while integrating the in-floor heating system into a combined boiler system. His design was elegant in its simplicity and he and his associate Electrician accomplished this work in a professional and timely manner. Since then we have moved and asked Monty to check all of the Heating and Plumbing systems in our new (to us) home. Again, Monty was responsive and professional. Lastly, Monty just replaced a Hot Water Heater and 3 toilets quickly and at a fair price. I have been a Monty fan and loyal customer for more than 10 years.

Monty made known options available to us -- either repair or replace. With replacement, we also were given the choice as to how much money we would be comfortable paying for the new furnace. He and his team worked within our time constraints. He and his team were professional, courteous and cheerful. Lastly, they didn't leave a mess for me to clean up afterwards.

Monty was great. Answered my call on Saturday, provided an accurate quote and had the work completed by Monday at noon. The crew that completed the work was courteous, and ensured that my wife understood what was occuring and that everything was operational when they left. Monty has repaired my furnace in the past and the level of service has been maintained.

Monty checked the water heater warranty which he found was coming to an end in July. He had installed the water heater exactly 10 years ago. I was very pleased with what he did. It was a two day turn around from the call to the finish of the job including a follow up call on the weekend to make sure everything was okay. With us living in Airdrie AB he had to drive into Calgary get the new Amthol tank then drive back out disconnect the leaking tank and install the new tank. Once the installation was complete he then had to run the old warranted tank back to the dealer. Everthing is working well with my wife and I smiling with no leaks. They were very tidy with their clean up. With all the time spent I was very happy with his charges. Thanks Monty.

Had my furnace cut out over night and needed it repaired. Monty was quick, knowledgable, very friendly, flexible and efficient! He'll be my first call if I need anything in the future!

My kitchen faucet snapped at the handle so my wife and I were fetching water from our bathtub like they used to do in the middle ages from a well. (First world problems, I know). Several days later, I went and bought a new faucet from Home Depot and attempted to replace it myself. When I went to shut off the water under the sink, water started dripping from the shut-off valve. I quickly turned the valve back on to stop the leak and called Monty. He was prompt with calling me back and asked me to send him several photos of my faucet and sink just so that he would know what parts he would need. He had my faucet up and running within a few hours of showing up. He also looked at a leaky toilet in my basement and replaced the gasket.

Plumber and assistant were quite cheerful and pleasant throughout call. They seemed skilled and adept in their work.
