Monty and Jordan were great. They booked our appointment right away, we're right on time and fought to get part of the work covered by the manufacturer warranty. We will definitely use them again.

Broken sink drain...NOT an emergency. Called Monty one evening and they were here the very next day. The repair was done while I was at work. When I returned home, my sink was fully functional and there was no sign they had been here...spotless! I've used Monty numerous times before (dishwasher, furnace and hot water tank replacement, and other plumbing repairs); he and his crew are very reliable and trustworthy.

We've been using this company for several years and are always extremely pleased with the expertise, trustworthiness and excellent customer service. Monty and Jordan give a personalized feeling with their family run business. I would absolutely recommend this company and will be using them for future projects.

We first has a water heater that reached the end of its life, on a weekend of course. Only turning off the main water stopped the tank from leaking out a stream of water. Monty came over on the Saturday and set us us with at least cold water for the weekend and had the new tank installed Monday morning, avoiding the expense of a weekend repair. The following weekend (-25 outside), the furnace stopped working. Despite a cold, Monty came right over to see if he could quickly resolve the issue. He could hear water in the motor and was unable to drain it out. A new motor would be required and again, he kept us going with some heat, overcoming multiple errors, to get us through the weekend and the motor replaced the next day. There were several more errors, but Monty stayed with it until fully repaired. He called several times to ensure we were doing ok throughout. Awesome service, and caring. It was a big expense to manage in just 10 days, but Monty did his best to keep the price down. He is my go-to guy for all heating and plumbing work from now on. Great work, and thank you very much!

Montys drove here from 20 mins, labour was 5 minutes. The bill was $315. The part was $100. I was told it cost $200. For them to drive here 20 minutes away. When i phoned the owner he was rude and said they risked their lives coming here because the roads are bad! Please! Really? And was told next time to call my neighbour. So unprofessional! Perhaps a $200 travel cost is something they should inform the customer of on the phone when requesting the service! Thats disgusting and such a rip off. $200. To drive here... Unbelievable! I will never use them again.

My water heater started to leak so I called Monty's Plumbing and Heating, they had a service team at my house within an hour of my call and had the tank repaired in another hour. The two gentleman who came to my house were very courteous and did a wonderful job. Much appreciated.

Did good work and quick response to the problem on a Saturday but it was very expensive for the time it took which was about 10 minutes plus driving time. Should have shopped around more.

Great service, great company, and local. Worked really hard to get me new furnaces supplied and installed on the same day when both of my furnaces died on the same day.
