Prompt service, Matthew did an excellent job, receptionist is helpful and friendly. Trustworthy, highly recommended.

The shut off valve was stuck I could not turn off the water. Installed a new toilet.

Upkar was quick to get on scene and deal with problem. He had lots of good advice. My review of his service is a 10/10. Price wise, as with any big and busy plumbing company, their prices are high.

Two separate requests for service, both promptly responded to by Mr. Swirl office. Both repairs handled by Upkar, a very courteous chap. He explained what needed to done, promptly performed the repairs, and performed any necessary clean up. Minimal inconvenience.

Jean-Luc was a fabulous plumber/tech. His service to replace our hot water tank was flawless and super fast. I’m by morning out by lunch! He was very professional and so knowledgeable! He educated us on our pipe system and we had no idea how damaging draino was to our home system! Would highly recommend and will be calling again in the future!

Our sink clogged up on Christmas Day. Could not get a hold of our regular plumber but Mr Swirl came Boxing Day within a few hours of contacting them. The job took about 4o minutes. We required a snake to un plug the clog. I realize it being a holiday the cost would be higher. Just not this high. Last time I had my sink snaked it was about $330. But the plumber was very knowledgeable and respectful. I would recommend them for sure but also ask for the cost of the service before hand so that it is not a surprise

Rental home leaking in the morning. The plumber came less than 1 hour and found the problem fast too, The price is fair. I will come back to the Swirl if I have more jobs in the future.

This was extremely expense for work done. Basil you 2 1/2 hours labour and less than $100 parts fir a total cost of $1100 plus. Will be going elsewhere next time

Upkar Thind came to our house to fix a leaking faucet. He quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it to our satisfaction. He checked our house water pressure and corrected the flow. He was pleasant and professional. I would not hesitate to recommend him.
