I had a toilet leaking from the tank when flushed. It’s an old toilet and fixing it didn’t seem worth it. So I opted for a new one. Then upon checking my second toilet I realized it also needed work therefore I chose to replace it as well. Then Kevin checked water pressure and gauge was very old and rusted. He advised I replace it so I did.

Kevin was very professional & knowledgeable. He made me feel at ease & erased some fears that I was experiencing. He completed the work quickly & left the work area completely clean. Overall an excellent experience.

Jean-Luc did the work. He worked quickly and efficiently, explained everything before he started, and answered all my questions. He was pleasant and courteous. He immediately sent me before and after photos of every aspect he worked on. I was pleased with the completed job.

Had a plugged kitchen sink drain at the house we moved in few months ago, normally I do it myself but this one is a long drain pipe and didn’t have long enough auger to run trough the pipe, so decided to call Mr Swirl. Technician arrived in the agreed time slot and did the job, ran the auger few times down the drain and flush with hot water and cleared the plug. The only reason I am not rating more than 6 points is the price, which translates in a $300/ hour, there was no added difficulty factor involved to explain the high cost, but I agreed with the estimate given not knowing how much work or how easy it would be do get it done. I would have appreciate a discount at the end of the work, instead I got quick visual inspection of the plumbing in the house. Cheers

Just had Mr. Swirl into my home to replace my hot water tank. The job was done quickly, professionally, and the plumber adhered to all the COVID 19 safety protocols. The technician was extremely knowledgeable & even did a free plumbing inspection on all the additional plumbing in my home when the tank had been installed, and left me with a checklist for what might need a repair. I would thoroughly recommend this company for any plumbing jobs you may have. I’ll certainly be calling them back in for my next repair when needed.

This is our second time using Mr. Swirl and as always, their service is fantastic! Spoke with Charlotte over the phone to book the appointment and she was so friendly and courteous! I had initially requested an earlier appointment time and she called the day of to confirm they had a cancellation open up. They sent Upkar, who was friendly, prepared and was able to provide his best advice. We called in for a clogged toilet and it turned out worse than we expected..(plastic Lysol clip lodged into toilet was our demise). Upkar recommended we replace the toilet, since the possibility of it clogging would be high and would likely result in a return visit. Overall I’m extremely pleased with the service I received today and the courtesy house inspection that was completed. Thank you Mr. Swirl and Upkar!

After being very unsatisfied with another company's assessment of our situation. Kevin from Mr Swirl came in to look at our Noritz tankless water heater that had been giving us issues for months. He spent several hours testing and even contacting senior techs from Noritz, which the tech from the other company never did. The conclusion was the same but now I was provided with the reason it needed to be replaced and even got Noritz to send me new unit for free under warranty, saving me thousands. On the day of the replacement Kevin and another tech came in, did a wonderful job installing the replacement unit. They kept me informed on how the job was going and answered all my questions very respectfully. Great job guys, thank you very much!
