    Complicated kitchen sink plug

    Very sincere apprentice plumber sent; very professional; option to call journeyman plumber with any questions, hence, we felt confident the issue would be resolved.

    Plumbing

    We have an old house and pesky plumbing problems crop up periodically. We find that Mr. Swirl seems to be able to handle them.

    Unplug wash basin.

    The plumber, whose name was Kevin, was thoroughly competent. What is more, he was courteous and informative.

    plugged toilet

    Very nice serviceman named Ken. Fixed problem in 10 minutes. Cost more than I expected. I would recommend this service to a friend but would suggest getting a price quote over the phone, before serviceman comes!

    Blocked Kitchen Drains

    Sink overflowed when the dishwasher was in use due to blockage far down the pipe. Mr Swirl kept us updated with the technicians ETA and when onsite he was clean, helpfull and thourough. All working well now. I would be happy to have him and Mr Swirl back.

    replace a shut off valve I provided the valve.

    He found the shutoff. Took 5 minutes to drain water from the system. Took him 5 minutes to change the valve. Now I understand the $59 service call charge. I am blown away at the cost of 5 minutes of work. Not an hour or 2 hours or all day. The plumber was very amiable and knowledgeable. He did not tell me how much it would cost. The $258 . blew me away. Work did NOT equate to price. Definitely not worth the cost of replacing one snap on valve. No soldering, No parts. I won't be a return customer.

    Kitchen sink

    Technician Ken was very good , knowleageble and very professional. The only negative is Mr Swirl price structure. Definitely too expensive. $ 574 for a 3 hours job. Many other good plumbers would have charged at least 200 less.

    Bathroom fixture

    From the receptionists to the craftsmen we received polite, courteous attention. We had a leakage problem, which lead to another problem, which was rectified immediately.

    Shutoff replacement.

    We were doing a bathroom reno and after installing the vanity and new sink discovered that the shutoff taps under the sink were leaking badly when they were turned back on, Called and Milo arrived the next day to install new ones, as well as finish off the drain piping, as it wasn't lining up from sink to drain. After repalcing the shutoffs, he went and checked all the rest in our condo, only to find that all but one were in dire need of replacing, including two under the kitchen sink that were completely seized! Could have been ugly if they had needed to be turned off for some reason. The service was quick and well done, and Milo was very helpful in answering questions, even ones unrelated to this project. We would definitely ue Mr. Swirl again!!

    Hotwatertank

    Had a shower divertor put in my place it took the tech three days to do so he had another guy come and help him because he broke the screws off inside he removed them and said he should have it done in 15 min haha 4 hours later and charged me 1800 to do so so if you want a pluming company that has techs that don't know what there doing then call mr swirl and watch your money go down the toilet
