Called mr, swirl,courteous and guy showed up right on time. Tried motorized snake thee times and it didn't work used camera then pressure water which worked. Pipe in kitchen is at an upward slope and it was getting full of grime The guy was very knowledgeable and nice

Water leaking into the washroom from above - Joe checked right into it and found the problem upstairs right away. Will definitely recommend Mr. Swirl to anyone needing prompt and competent plumbing help!

Great local plumbing company, have used them in occasion, and have been happy with the results. I am a local business and I support local businesses in the Ridge Meadows areas.

They solved my drainage problem. They showed up on time. They immediately found the problem. They were very efficient and effective in their work. They charged a very good price and did not try to up sell me.

Needed to get this job done quick and they came in with the better quote and ability to show up the soonest. Asked for follow-up quote on another job which the plumber promised and never heard back. Subsequent request to company resulted in no follow-up again. Was reasonably happy with the results of the job done but some lacking in communication. Went with another company for the next job.

Sewer backed up into house, Mr. Swirl called, charged $700 to snake and camera line. Told the line was 20ft underwater. Line replaced from house to city costing $5936. Two years later a dip in the line is discovered. Owner Milo comes to house, states he will return within the week to assess the work and let me know what can be done. It has now been two weeks, not aware of Milo returning to asses the work, nor returning any of my calls of which I have left about 10 at this point. Mr Swirl or Mr. Swindle?

Mr Swirl recommends John Woods hot water tank but we find that the new tank is makes a sound while running as compared to previous 10 years old Rheem tank. We would recommend Mr Swirl to provide receipt displaying split cost of appliance and services.

The first time I user Mr Swirl the Service was expensive how ever the job was done well and on same day I called so over all good experience. Call them back a second time. nice guy, knowledgeable, was to quote on 2 jobs, estimate on shower leak was few hundred to several hundred depending on how I wanted to go with option A or B. Said he would get back in a few day with price options on show repair and drainage tile quote. 2 weeks, hear nothing so i called and they said they would follow up. 2nd follow up call they said they very sorry and said for sure I would hear back today. Never heard back from them again. Googled the shower issue and fixed myself for a $6 show tap repair kit from home Depot. Why tell someone you will get back to them 3 time and not follow through? Ever worse to estimating it will be a few Hundred to fix and have home owner find out it was a $6 part and 1hr to fix. Would not recommend do to the lack of follow through.

This is the second time that I use Mr Swirl and they were efficient, friendly and wonderful to deal with. Christopher Meadows will be on speed dial for all problems relating to plumbing at our house.
