    Plumbing repair

    The plumber contacted me within one hour of my service call on a Sunday. He arrived within two hours and fixed the blocked pipes (both of the two sinks and dishwasher) efficiently and effectively.

    Sink & dishwasher connect. Water line for fridge.

    The service tech came, supplied a quote then did a full walk through of work required. The end total was higher than the quote but that was by my choice. He explained all things that needed to be done for a professional job without the hassle of more work "down the road". In all he was courteous, very clear in all the work to be done & why. What would have taken me a week took approx. 4 - 5 hours. I will use Mr. Swirl again if necessary.

    Complete re build of Bathroom

    Mr.Swirl was a great company to deal and work with, they were very price competitive and did their work in a timely manner. There were soem minor ( newby ) mistakes such as putting diverters upside down causing leakign, however was amazed at how quick and seemless Mr. Swirl was able to dispatch and rectify the situation. My only concern for people in the future if you buy very expensive bathroom fisctures , make sure to let the plumber know that they are exspensive and to take extra caution when handling. Over all my experience was good and I would recommend them again if I was in need of a plumber. Brennan was a great plumber with good insite, however I dont beleive too much experience with newer high end fixtures. However he was able to complete the job and we were in the end satisfied.

    Clogged sink, replaced faucet

    Daniel very pleasant and efficient worker. Very happy with the service, Daniel gave some great examples of how to fix other faucet issues in our home. great help Will definitely use Mr. Swirl Plumbing & Drain Cleaning Inc. for any further issues that crop up.

    Having old toilet removed and new one installed

    The level of service was extremely high. Service person, Aman, was very courteous, prompt and professional. Company employee was very polite on the phone, both when visit was being scheduled, and when calling to ask whether service had been satisfactory.

    Blocked pipe from washing machine

    Daniel came when I was expecting, which was great, I called and had someone here within 24 hours (it was not an emergency) Problem was diagnosed and fixed within an hour of his getting here. All of my questions were answered and I completely understood the problem. He worked quickly and was very clean. I will recommend him to other people in my building in the future.

    drain clean

    Daniel was fantastic came faster than expected was a wonderful source of info. He did a great job.I would highly recommend Daniel and Mr Swirl to any of my neighbors , friends and family.

    Fixing/replacing a kitchen faucet

    Found Mr Swirl on this site, and while the service was good, they were friendly, found the cost to be expensive. They ended up replacing a set of kitchen taps, which costs $500 for two hours of work including estimation time. While they did a very good job, I felt there price was expensive for the work done.

    replaced hot water tank - faucet - valve - toilet

    Shawn Cross replaced the hot water tank in one day even though we had a problem shutting off the water from the city - he was very efficient and did an immaculate job changing all the items above - he sold us a toilet that has a 2" flapper valve instead of 1 1/4" and it flushes like a commercial unit while using less water. It was a friendly experience at a reasonable price. Thank you Shawn

    reading glasses stuck in toilet

    reading glasses fell into a flushing toilet. Shaun C (technician came and was very friendly and personable. He removed his boots and went to do his job. He was friendly and easy to talk to. He explained everything that he did. We really were happy with the job as Shaun got the glasses out of the toilet. He put everything back together and cleaned up. Great guy! Thank you! (invoice #11275)
