We had a badly corroded set of bathroom showertaps to be replaced and also a new drain. We were not sure how to proceed.Then our service tech from Mr. swirl{Shawn Cross}showed up. He was very professional and explained several options. I also had a dishwasher delivered from sears. They wanted $185 to install. Shawn saw i was having trouble and said he would do it for less them half what sears wanted. Before he left i droped another job on him {a new presure release valve} which he took in stride and gave us some very resonable quots. four jobs in one day. WOW!

Had a wonderful experience. Quick, friendly, professional. CLEAN. Shawn Cross was amazing - will recommend to others in a second. Will use this company again and again, after this great experience. Am so relieved to finally find a plumber I feel I can trust.

Shawn was friendly and professional and got the job done in reasonable time. Did an estimate, got the parts and finished quickly. Also recommended some maintenance to be done on some old plumbing.

Mr. Swirl was called and Daniel and his associate reported to my home very quickly. Daniel's manner was professional and courteous and he seemed knowledgeable. We discussed the problem and fee. He proceeded to clear out the pipes, check his work and reported his findings. We both confirmed the problem was fixed and everything was left clean. He also provided suggestions on how to prevent future problems and offered other services which were available. I was very grateful that the problem was fixed so quickly!

Daniel was the Plumber who completed all the work. Great job and extremely fast. We had a few hiccups getting the water shut off by the City, no fault of Daniels, but after it was all said and done the job went perfect! Would definitely recommend Mr. Swirl and 2 thumbs up to Daniel!

Sunday night with no toilet, shower or sink working... Terrific. Called 4 companies...no response other than Mr Swirl and another company wanting double the quote of Mr Swirl! Phone answering friendly and efficient, the plumber (Christopher) called 5 minutes later and arrived clean, friendly and effient. Pulled the toilet, cleaned up after and couldn't have been a better experience.

Branden I found your employee very courtous and efficient. Brenden came and he replaced the water heater in a few hours and disposed of the old heater. Very impressed with the time from purchased to install, less then 24 hours.

i woke up two days ago and went downstairs to get my coffee and the kitchen ceiling was raining onto the floor.. my tenants came upstairs and said their suite was wet and their bathroom was overflowing. i went upstais and my toilet and bath tub was over flowing. it was disguisting. i phoned mr. swirl and daniel came and saved the day.

Daniel came out very quickly. He was very knowledgeable and explained the situation to me very clearly. Toilet got fixed. Daniel explained to me that he will come and install a new toilet when I am ready. I'm very happy with the service I received.

We had a toilet stop working in our kids bathroom and called Mr Swirl. Shawn Cross arrived within 1 hour, diagnosed the problem and fixed the toilet without having to order parts or additional service. I am extremely pleased with the excellent service and will definitely be using them again in the future for our plumbing needs.
