Incredibly happy with the standard of the work and the communication from Mr Swirl. They came out the same day to look and quote and started the following day.

The removal of the taps was fine. I especially liked the itemized receipt of the work done for warranty purposes. As a result, i would do future business with this company.

We had a bathroom shower faucet leak. Today plumber ‘Happy’ came to change the part. Overall Happy was knowledgeable and did a very good job. He even clean up and took old item part for disposal. Thank you!

Mr Swirl came by in the morning to replace a drain plug in my bathtub and also cleaned out that drain and another slow draining sink. Happy (the plumber) did a great job and worked fast which is good because I work night shift and wanted to get to sleep.

We had new toilets installed in 2 of our bathrooms, replacing ones that were about 30 years old!! The technician Raj was great. He arrived on time, ready to go and was done in less than 3 hours. It was great, no muss, no fuss. The new toilets are wonderful, much more efficient in every sense of the word.

After a recent flooding in the basement of my home, I searched for someone to clear out my perimeter drainage system at my house. I tried putting a Quote Request out but received poor results. I searched the internet for a local business and found lots of positive reviews for Mr. Swirl Their estimator came out and answered all my questions and taught me things that I didn't already know. He described the methods used to clear my drain and gave me a positive outlook. I needed something to help stop this flooding from happening again. Yes, I get that these rain storms were a freak occorence, but I don't have a crystal ball. This could easily happen again. Our house is 30 years old and has never had the perimeter drain cleaned in the 22 years that we've lived here. I've been diligent about cleaning my gutters, but not the perimeter drain. Mr. Swirl sent Mathew to do the work. He is smart and answered all my questions, with an added bonus - HE LIKES HIS WORK and works hard to solve issues. THAT's what I want when someone comes to my house to do work. Someone who cares about his work and does it well. Call Mr. Swirl. They arrive when they say. They DO what they say they'll do. They call when they say they'll call. Why can't ALL businesses be like this? Thank you

Ridiculous price. Even for an emergency call. $250 for parts. Please. $500 for emergency call out 1 hour job. Sure, I guess. 3 stars because you came same day. Cant completely hate you

Assessment of leakage causing water damage. New tap installed, works well. Thorough, efficient assessment & resolution of presenting issue during visit. So far main issue resolved.
