    Charges for repair

    Mr. Swirl in Coquitlam will not provide a breakdown on my invoice of labor charges. Sine posting my review Mr. Swirl has contacted me and amendements were made to ensure satisfaction to both parties. The company handled the situation in a professional manner.

    Toilet Trouble

    I had an issue in the main bathroom of my condo. The handle broke and could not be reattached . Mr. Swirl had a plumber out very quickly and the handle was replaced in a few minutes. I got great service from Mr. Swirl. I would highly recommend then for all plumbing needs.

    Bathroom toliet installation

    Mr Swirl was quick to respond and identify the issue. They confirmed the service needed and approvals for the service. Photos were taken and sent to me to show the work done. I was very satisfied with the work done and would recommend them.

    Unclogging sink

    Very friendly service! The plumber also helped me with a small shower issue free of charge. ☺️

    Replaced kitchen faucet and fixed valves

    Experienced low water flow in kitchen faucet. Mathew replaced valves and also replaced faucet because nut is rusted and siezed up. I must say he did has a hard time removing the old one. He got it done nevertheless. Money well spent

    Efficient service

    Prompt response to request for service and an outside leak efficiently resolved. Free inspection of plumbing in the house. Replacement part in toilet means that it is no longer a low flush toilet - not happy about that.

    Clearing clogged pipe

    I have been in business for over 40 years. I know what good and fair customer service is. What this company did to me was not good service at a fair price.I called them because I had a clogged drain pipe. They sent a person to my home.he was here about 20 minutes if that,and it was $250. I really didn’t need someone to tell me I had a clogged pipe.that is what I phoned them for. The next day another person comes to do the job. The clogg was in the basement but he started by taking the pipe apart under the sink upstairs.he tried to push the snake into the pipe but the snake was too big for the pipe.. he spent about 2 hours trying to get something into the pipe. Finally he went into the basement and put the snake into the floor drain ,pushed it in about 6 ft and the drain was clear. It took him about 5 minutes to do that. Then he had to install all new pipe under the sink upstairs. Cost=$250. This company does not have the right equipment or the professional people to do a a simple job. It should not cost $700 to clean a pipe that took 5 to 10 minutes to clear

    BATHROOM TAPS AND TOILETS

    Friendly introduction upon arrival, then review of work to be done to insure no misunderstandings. My wife and I found this very professional. There was an excellent attention to detail to insure we were happy with the work and cleanliness. We would wholeheartedly recommend Mr. Swirl and have to my neighbours. Tom and Lori
