    Drain investigation

    Technician very good and on time, helpful and polite. Tidy work and good attitude. $600 Pricing for a camera use on a laundry drain was higher than I expected but had to be done. I wish I had asked for pricing in advance. Tech unicorn at least scoped bath drain at no extra charge and cleaned overflow.

    Toilet leak fixed, bathroom leak investigation

    Good service, plumber shown up on time, did full investigation, quickly found the problem, reinstall the toilet and fixed the problem.

    Poly b replacement

    I Needed my poly b replaced. Mr. Swirl did a fantastic job. Quick and clean.

    hot water tank replumb

    had a problem with banging pipes and hot water back feeding from the hot water tank into the cold water line. The people that installed the hot water tank did it improperly and when called back couldn't fix it and neither could 2 other companies I called [though they happily charged me ]. Called Mr. swirl who came took one look at it and diagnosed the problems and fixed it . Jean Luc Smith was neat and efficient and most importantly fixed the problem which 3 other different plumbing companies could not. I highly recommend Jean Luc and this company if you have any plumbing problems.

    Replaced old, broken faucet

    Broken faucet causing bad leaks. Replaced with beautiful new, all pipes checked for tightness and safety. Really great pair of plumbers.

    Fantastic communication and service

    Great company to deal with- Amy great on the phone after online booking form - Luke arrived early and did an amazing job- offered alternatives and handled problems and my add-on jobs with ease

    Bathroom sink unblock

    Excellent service from Harminder (Happy) from Mr Swirl. Bathroom sink drain was blocked solid. Snaked it multiple times myself but could not get the block in the drain down pipe in the wall to budge. The right machine and the right plumber made all the difference. Fixed it super quickly.

    Leaking pipe

    Had a leaky pipe from within a wall in our furnace room. It was a statutory holiday and I was worried that we wouldn’t be able to get someone to take a look but sure enough Mr. Swirl was able to get someone here a few hours later. In the meantime, the technician gave some tips to help stop the flow of water until he arrived. Once here, he was very thorough and explained our options. Was able to get things fixed in no time and also provided a complimentary inspection of all the other plumbing in our house. Thanks to is recommendations we will likely avoid future plumbing issues.
