    Replaced a toilet

    Very fast service , they replaced our toilet and were very clean and efficient . The plumbers were very polite and helpful with making a decision on options to repair or replace toilet.

    Hot water tank installation

    Mr. Swirl’s plumber Happy was brilliant. Fast, smart, and enjoyable to speak with. A few issues arose which he handled with aplomb.

    Sink and shower fixtures,toilet

    The guys were polite and friendly. Most importantly the job was done well. Very professional

    Plumbing - clear bathroom drains, fix toilet leak

    We had some plumbing issues in our bathroom. The toilet was leaking at the base and the drains in our bathtub and sink were clogged. Our experience with Matthew R from Mr. Swirl was great. On time, professional and patient, Matthew R able to successfully diagnose and correct the issues. He took the time to thoroughly document and explain the repairs beginning to end. Highly recommended! Thanks Matthew!

    Unblocking kitchen sink and replacing pipes

    Had a blocked sink. Tim did a great job. Worked really hard. Pipes had to be replaced. Everything was done with great care.

    Drain leak

    Mr. Swirl did a fantastic job replacing a leaking kitchen drainpipe in the wall of my house that was causing water damage in my downstairs bathroom. The service was professional and super friendly, from the service representative on the phone who set everything up to the technician , Lucas, who did a great job. His work was neat and efficient with minimal cutting into the drywall.

    Toilet repair

    Called Mr Swirl to look at my main bathroom toilet. Told operator that one of the bolt had come off and the toilet is loose, it could be the flange that needs replacing. When Mr Swirl arrived, I was quoted $400 to remove tank and reinstall tank. When he removed it, he said the flange was crank and needs to be replaced and will have to give me a new quote. $770 was the total cost to remove toilet, go purchase the flange and come back to install the flange and toilet. It took 3 hrs ($257/hr). When I inquired, They said it was the standard rate and it was not a mistake. They charge by the job and not by the hour. I am pretty sure I got taken here. I certainly will not call them back, when I told my friends and family they all said it should have only cost $300 max. I called a couple other companies and found out that it was around $300-$400 to do the job. Lesson learned for me. Never going to use them again. Never ever written a review but I thought folks should know.

    Friendly, quick turnaround

    Hot water heater stopped working randomly. Tech came out same day and without inspecting it he said it would be a full replacement. He explained it would be better to replace than fix so we proceeded to order a replacement and had it installed the next business day. The customer service staff are excellent and efficient.
