    Bathroom Vent Repair

    We contacted Jose about an issue with our bathroom vents. Jose is professional, polite and clear about the steps and costs. Communication was great! They investigated the issue, ordered the parts and re-installed everything. They had shoe covers and kept everything tidy. Thank you very much!

    Multiple lighting Requests Fulfilled

    Jose and his apprentice were very efficient ,courteous, polite, knowledgeable and clean. They put down rubber runners in the work areas snd vacuum up at the conclusion of the work. Most importantly, their work was professionally done. Jose was extremely courteous and easy to work with especially when there was a issue that popped up. He found the most effective way to resolve the problem. I have subsequently used them for additional work and will willingly use them again. I highly recommend their services.

    Jose is the problem solver

    My AC stopped working and I had 2 different contractors to try to fix it but no luck even after replacing some expensive parts. I called Jose and didnt get my hopes high as I know that my system is a bit complicated. After a thorough diagnosis he and his partner eventually located the broken part inside my compressor. Unlike other tech who just take a quick look then suggest replacing parts, Jose really take the effort to look for the problem down the line. He will be my go-to HVAC tech from now on.

    Electrical and HVAC items

    Jose and his team were hired for three separate jobs in our home and each time he has been great to work with. He and his team work efficiently, suggest smart solutions where needed and are cost effective. He gets back by text quickly. The jobs were done to completion, including fixing drywall and cleaning up everything before they left.

    Excellent air conditioning solution!

    José and his team did an excellent job removing my old air conditioning unit and installing a new one. The work was fast, on budget, and very well done. José delivered what he promised - on budget. Highly recommend!

    I've hired BI twice: satisfied both times

    José is one of those service providers who makes you feel like hes on your side. Hes clearly motivated to be successful, but he knows the best way to do that is to do right by the customer. He responds quickly to messages, gives sound advice, and is a pleasure to work with.

    Replaced Faulty Washing Machine Outlet

    Jose was amazing! The washing machine at my Dads stopped working on Good Friday. I sent a text to Jose anticipating that I would hear back the following Tuesday. He responded immediately and set up a date to repair the outlet right away. He was punctual, super friendly and focused on safety. He communicated the issues clearly, showing us what needed repair and why and managed the whole fix swiftly! I wouldnt hesitate to recommend him and the quality of his work! Thank you so much, Jose!

    Kitchen Appliance Installation

    Jose & Team were exceptional. The work done by prior contractors was done in 80s and was poorly done to say it best. Jose and the team installed all the new appliances properly and at a reasonable price. Such a difference when you have a professional who takes pride in their work. My parents are in their 80s and I needed someone who I could trust - and I can highly recommend Jose and his team.

    Furnace and cooling system replacement

    I have been dealing with this company for 5 years and they have never failed me. So when I had to replace my tailor made unit it was an easy decision. In short I could say Building Ideas people are professionals, offer good value and product quality and when they finish the leave the place clean. I highly recommended their devices.
