    water damage due to broken dishwasher

    Great and efficient flood emergency services from our phone inquiry to finishing the job. Our dishwasher was broken and caused flooding in our kitchen and water traveled down to basement and caused some water damage. Called 5 Star dry all based on their great reviews, Bob and his technician came in quickly and did an amazing job in drying, reapiring and restoring all the water damaged areas. We did not want to go through our insurance company Bob was able to work around our budget which w really appreciated. We were very impressed with professional services and quick respond with their services. We gladly recommend their services to others.

    Rug cleaning and repair

    we were very happy and impressed with great customer services that Bob and Danny from 5 star rug cleaning had. We had 2 rugs to be clean and one needed fringes repair with lots of stains. My rugs were super deep cleaned where they treated with deodrizing,disinfecting and scotch guarding as well. They did a great job in cleaning my rugs and repairing one. the pick up and delivery wa free. I recommend their rug cleaning and repair to others.

    Carpet cleaning

    The technician called ahead to tell me he was arriving early (this was fine with me) and got straight to work when he arrived. He displayed expert knowledge about rugs and stains, and also explained that this service was completely eco-friendly, which was a pleasant surprise since the last time someone cleaned a carpet in my home it smelled of foul chemicals for days. The area rug I had cleaned was about ten years old in a high traffic area and had never been more than spot-cleaned before. Worse, when my dog was really sick, she was confined to that room, and it had been urinated and vomited on more times than I can count. My hopes for cleaning it were low, but I just wanted to refresh it and see if I could get a few months more life out of it. I can't tell you how perfect it looked when he was done cleaning it. It looked absolutely brand new, not a single stain. No smell at all. I am so happy with this company.

    Scotch guarding new furniture

    We got new dinning room and sofa set that needed scotch guarding. Since I used their services before for my old furniture cleaning and scotch guarding and was happy with their services. This time, Bob and his helper came in and did the scotch guarding for us. We are very happy with the great customer services. We recommend their services.

    rug cleaning

    Very nice rug cleaning srvices. They were ontime for pick up and deivery was as planned. great professtional and through rug cleanig service. Cleaning result were beyond my expecttion. Very clean .clean as new. Recommend teir amazng ru cleani services to others. Thanks Bob

    water damaged rug cleaning

    We had some water damge issues in our house where our rugs got soaking wet. We hired 5 star cleaning to clean them. They cleaned and dried the water damaged areas . They took the rugs to their plant and cleaned them there professionally with disinfecting and scotch guardin them as well. There were some fringes that were damaged by our cat which being fixed beautifully. We were very impressed with the quality of the work and the cost. We happily rcommend their outstanding services e to others.

    Rug cleaning

    I was happy with the very nice and honest customer services and rug cleaning services by 5star claning. Bob ad his helper came ontime and took my 3 rugs.away to be washed. Free pick up and delivery and had them back in 5 days. The cleaning result was amazingly clean. I would for surerecommend their great rug cleaning services to others.

    Flooded basement

    Flooded Basement Bob and his rew came in very quickly. The did very great job drying and repairing the water damaged areas. They also clean the carpet and changed the under pads that were wet. The were very professional in dealing with us and doing their job. We were very satisfied with their services. We recommend their water damage services to others in similar situation.

    Flood Restoration

    Bob saved my basement from disaster. I had pipe burst in the basement and even though there wasn't that much water, my rugs were horribly wet. He came in and took all my rugs for cleaning and took the hardwood out and sucked all the water out. It was very beneficial to have a restoration company as well as a carpet cleaning company all in one. Highly recommend this group!

    Rug cleaning

    We used their amazing rug cleanig services. They were very punctuall and professioal in their ustomer services and the cost. We got free pick up and delivery. Bob and his helpe were very kind. Polite and easy to deal with. My 3 rugs became very clean that I could not beleive they were my rugs. We rcommend thi services to others.
