    carpet cleaning

    Being a high traffic Pharmacy clean carpet is very important for us. Since 5 star cleaning uses safe products to meet our expectation. We are happy with their work and we continually use their services all year along.

    water damage and food from heavy rain

    Heavy rain has flooded my son's bedroom in the Basement apt. from a open window while we were at work. We were all upset and panicking mostly my son re his soaked carpets ,... We tried to dry it ourselves, but we could not manage it. we called few companies, 5 star company got here in 20 minutes from our call. Bob the technician calmed us down by explaining what they are going to do. They did a very quick and excellent job in cleanig, drying the area and stuff. Changing our underpaths, and fixing the baseboards, and making sure is disinfected in 3 days. Our son has allergies, they used green solutions and allergy free prouducts. My son was very happy to have his room back.we are so happy that we let this to be handeled by professionals. we recommend 5 Star to others since we were very happy with their price and very well done job.

    Cleaning our small hand-made wool&silk carpet

    Oh gosh!, that was so stressful when our special guest accidentally spilt coffee on our small lovely hand-made wool&silk carpet. I could say nothing and just preoccupied with it. Recommending by my mother-in-law, I called the 5 star co. and their job was just fabulous. The spot on the sensitive carpet was gone while the quality maintained. Good job guys...

    Mold remediation, flood and water damage

    We were very happy with the results from 5 Star. The crew that came to our house were friendly and did a good job. They responded to our request in a timely manner as well, which was appreciated. We were also happy with the price of the service. The one area where there is some room for improvement is communication from head office regarding exact booking times. It would have been helpful if they could have told us more precisely when they would be coming. Other than that the service was great.

    carpet stretching and cleaning

    5 star carpet cleaning did a great job in stretching our carpets thah we almost lost hope were going to get rid of them and we were tripping over them so often. They did wonderful job, very professionally that like a brand new installed carpets. We had lots stains from our kids and pets with their accidents on the carpets as well. Sounds familar!! so they removed all the stains and steam clean them. we even got the free disinfecting and deoderizing (their especial for spring). Our home became very clean and fresh for a very reasonable price and professional job. We are going to use their services regularly as needed. Our family is very happy with their professional job and recommend them to other. You will be glad you did it.

    Flood and water damage clean up

    our basement was flooded very badly where it damaged our carpets and belongings. It was late evening when we found out. 5 star was very quickly responded whitin half an hour. They were so proffesional and fast in taking control over the water and drying out the basement. They left few fans and explained the details. That gave us peice of mind what to expect for next few days that fans are there. We were so happy with the price and their professional job. We had to call the company couple of time to aks question, they were so kind and patient in helping us. Our basement was back to normal sooner than we expected. we definitely recommend this company to others too.

    carpets and ,rugs

    Our newly bought home was just renovated . You can imagine how dirty it was. 5 Star company did a wonderful job in cleaning and disinfecting our 3 bedroom house plus the staris and hall ways and basement for such a good price. Our house became so sparkling clean and fresh like brand new home. we are very happy with their efficient and professinal job and very reasonable price. Bob and helper was very kind and consideate and jentle toward our belongings. They were able to accomodate us in their busy escheduals. In future, we are going to use their service again. We recommend their servise stongly to others too.
