    Wet carpets in our basement due to rain

    Bob was very quick to respond to my online inquiry. He called me right away for details. He was so polite and patient in listening to my concerns and address all of my questions. His crew arrived ontime as planned and very professional, they were ready to work. They took out the underpads, dried the basement and installed new carpets, clean our carpet plus disinfecting and deodrizing them. We were very happy with their great services. We recommend their services to others. Thank you Bob and your very hardworking and nice crew.

    Emergency Water clean up

    After the heavy rains that recently flooded so many basements in the city, I called many companies for emergency water service, and it was only Bob who answered his phone and came to my house the same day. Bob and his crew assessed the situation and took a very responsible approach to take away the damaged under pad, carpet, baseboards and dry wall. Everything was cleaned up, deodorized, and dried out. Bob worked into the evening and came back on the weekend to make sure everything got done. My insurance company quickly approved all the work that Bob did. Bob and his crew are professional, pleasant, and care about helping to solve the problem. Before Bob left, he put a tarp over all my contents in the basement to help keep them clean when the restoration work starts. I highly recommend Five Star Carpet Cleaning as a reliable and professional company that does great work.

    Flood and water damage srvices in our basement

    Our basement was flooded after the Storm about 2 weeks ago. Since we never had any flood experience, We thought it is just the water from rain and it is clean. We tried to dry mannually,as much as possible and let it dry naturally. After few days we noticed our basement carpets smells bad, So I got Five Star Cleaning comapny on Homestars site and based on their great reputation and reviews asked them to come and clean the carpets. Bob came in, He checked the moisture and showed me that my wall, carpet , behind baseboards were wet, we need to take underpads out and install new one, dry the basement, then clean the carpet, disinfect and deodrize it, So, We agreed to go a head with their services. So, They were busy with all of that for 3 days, Now my basement is clean, fresh, no smell, I don't have to worry about the mould formation. What I learned from thisexperience, we have to leave any job to its professional in first palce to prevent further damage and cost. I could have paid less if I called them very first day? I would like to thank Bob and his crew for their very nice and outsatanding water damage servcies.

    Persian Hand made silk rug cleaning

    What a great professional rug cleaning services I got recently by using Five Star Rug and Carpet Cleaning. I needed to professionally steam clean my over sized hand made silk persian rug that I love it dearly. But I could not just trust any company to clean it for me in case they mess up the colour or my rug. I was asking around until one of my client told me about Five Satr Cleaning Company. I checked their web site and after seeing their excellent customer reviews and satisfactions, I decided to call them. I am so happy I did. I was treated with five star customer services. They picked it up and delivered it free, I had my rug in 5 days very clean, fresh and in perfect condition. I would like to thank specially Bob and his techinician Moe for such a wonderful rug cleaning services. Keep up the great work. Now I know who to call for all of my steam cleaning needs.

    Upholstery Cleaning

    I found Five Star Rug and Carpet Cleaning on HomeStars, and let me tell you their customer service and quality of work is EXCELLENT!!     Upholstery cleaning and Scotch Guarding

    What an amazing services and company to deal with. I called Five Star rug and carpet cleaning based on their great reputations and reviews on home stars. I am so happy that I did. From the time I called and talked to Bob and got the quote to finishing my sofa sets and few chairs cleaning and scotch Guarding,e, their services were great.     Steam Cleaning & Under Padding

    We had some water damage to our uint and the Under Padding in a cupboard was stinking because it was wet then dried out and we also had two bedrooms Steam Cleaned. Bob & John did a wonderful job. We had an appointment for 10:00 am and they came at 9:45am. Bob explained everything they where going to do and they finished around 11:00am. Carpets are almost dry by 8:45pm

    Carpet Cleaning, Sofa set Cleaning and Scoth guarding

    We are so happy with the greatest services we got on our 2 bedroom condo carpet Cleaning, our sofa set cleaning and stain removal plus scotch guarding them . Bob and his technician were on time as they promised. They had great customer services, they did very through and professional job with very fair price for all of these hard work. The cleaning result was amazing, although Bob told us that they do not 100% gaurantee that stains all be removed. We will use their great services again and we recommend them to others. Thank you Bob and Sam for the very outstanding services, Keep up the great work.

    Rug Cleaning and Repair Services

    We have had Five Star Rug and carpet Cleaning to clean couple of hand made rugs where some parts of the fringes needed repairing as well . They were very punctual and had great price as well. they picked up and dropped off the rugs for free, we had our rugs back in 5 days as they did promised. We were very happy with their great customer services. The cleaning and repairing result was beyond our expectations. We recommend them to others. Thank you Bob and Sam for going beyond their job to help us to move our furniture to remove the rugs and put them back again. Thank you Bob for the under pads for the rugs which keeps them in place and not moving around any more.
