An overall great experience from AirZone. They did a great job of presenting us with heat pump options and made the installation day stress-free. Their customer service reps are knowledgeable, kind and really go above and beyond. We would highly recommend AirZone.

Last summer I moved into a condo apartment. The air conditioning is provided by a central air conditioning unit on my balcony and maintenance is the responsibility of the condo owner. By the looks of it, the air conditioner hadn't had an service for a while. The condenser coil was so filthy you couldn't even see it on one side! Because the air conditioner is on a balcony, it can't be hosed off. I called a few places to try and set up a maintenance service and was shocked to learn they wouldn't work on an apartment air conditioner, even though it is just a regular central air unit. I called AirZone and spoke to a very helpful woman who assured me they would work on the balcony and could service and clean the unit. I was informed the cost for the maintenance would be higher because a unit on a balcony is classified as Specialty Equipment and that the cleaning would be charged by the hour. That was fine with me, I was glad to find a company that would do the job! Alicia was the technician who came out to do the maintenance. It took her an hour to painstakingly brush out and vacuum up all the dirt from the coil. Her attention to detail is obvious in the before and after pictures of the unit. She checked out everything and made sure the unit was operating properly. I had a lot of questions for her and she was very helpful answering them. Thank you, Alicia! The whole process from first calling AirZone, explaining about the balcony, booking an appointment and having Alicia do the service was seamless. I will definitely call AirZone next year to do the annual maintenance on my unit.

On Thursday in February my furnace stopped working. This was not the time of year for this to happen. I chose AirZone HVAC Services amongst others, because of their positive reviews. This was an emergency. I called them and they immediately sent a technician to asses the situation. It was recommended that the furnace should be replaced after 18 years. The next day AirZone sent a crew to remove the old furnace and install a new one. The professionalism, knowledge, quality workmanship and care that this company provided is beyond words. Thank you.

From start to finish the experience dealing with multiple sales. customer service, technicians was amazing. Would highly recommend without hesitation. I spoke with several companies before choosing Airzone. Their communication, responsiveness and technicians consistently exceeded my expectations. My job was a bit more complex due to the layout of my house and they were great in working with me to come up with solutions.

We used AirZone for a new furnace (boiler) installation, based on their excellent reviews. The staff were helpful and responded well. However, the furnace, in our opinion, was a lemon. It didn't work. There were major problems including with the mother board. We had to call numerous times for repairs, right from the time of installation. We asked for the furnace to be replaced with one that actually worked and was reliable, but this could not be done. Despite having purchased an extended warranty, most of the parts were not covered. Ultimately, after spending a lot of money for repairs, we just gave up after 3 years, and purchased a new furnace, through another company, which has been working fine. The AirZone furnace cost us about $8000, and the repairs, and additional electrical costs for space heaters when the furnace was broken, cost us a few thousand more. This was not the service we expected. This furnace didn't work right from installation. The response we received from the owners, in our opinion, was unacceptable - they did not stand behind this product. We would not recommend, nor use AirZone again..

Nathan did an excellent job replacing the coil and even added a service door and fixed the slope of the pan. Nathan was efficient, knowledgeable, on time, and friendly. Above price includes tax.

Regular preventative service on the A/C unit and furnace they installed in 2017. Both units have worked perfectly since installation and today's service call was efficient, professional and very reasonably priced.

The Air Zone team are top notch. I called the Air Zone team and within three hours they had provided me with multiple solutions and costs and by the end of the next day both my furnace and hot water tank were replaced. Great response and great install team.

Mitchell from Airzone came to perform a complimentary maintenance service on our gasfurnace which was installed by them a year ago. He arrived as scheduled, was very courteous. did the checks in good time. He also offered helpful tips on good maintenance of the HVAC system. It was always a pleasure dealing with personnel from Airzone.

When our old air conditioner packed in, we called several companies for estimates. Air Zone was the first to get back to us, and the most helpful, straightforward, and reasonable priced. They answered all my questions and offered good advice. It has been a pleasure working with their entire team. Our new a/c was installed today, and Martin and Cameron have my highest recommendation. They were thorough, professional, meticulous, cheery and took obvious pride in their work. I will be recommending this company to everyone I know, and use them for all of my heating and cooling work.
