We bought a new AC unit that was just installed yesterday, Wednesday, May 19, 2016. Short version: Great service, knowledgeable and polite staff, competitive pricing, would highly recommend! Taylor was our sales rep. He was very friendly, professional, knowledgeable and polite. He listened to what we were looking for and gave us his honest opinion on what he thought would best suit our needs. We had two other estimates as well and while they spent a lot of time going through different models and writing up quotes, Taylor just got the information he needed from us then sent us quotes over email, which I really liked, it saved a lot of time. His communication was great and he was very fast and wonderful when answering questions. When we had decided on what we were getting they were very fast at scheduling an appointment to get it installed. The morning of the appointment I ended up feeling very sick and I called them. They had no problem rescheduling the appointment for a week later and were very polite about it. A week later we had Mike and Cameron install the AC. We also got a new thermostat, upgraded furnace filter and they replaced our old piping so that it was up to code. They were very polite and worked hard. They put down rugs to protect the carpet and cleaned up after themselves. I looked over all the work afterwords and everything looked great. They showed me everything they did, spoke about general maintenance for the equipment, turned the AC and furnace on to make sue they were still working and did a quick walk through on setting up the thermostat. They did leave a sign on the lawn without permission, but they did a great job so we haven't taken it down yet. We also have 2 big obnoxious high energy dogs and everyone was great with them! It's too early to tell if the AC is meeting our needs so I will update this review in a couple of months when we hit the worst of summer. :)

I had to pay for the diagnostic of my AC last summer. It turned out the clamps that attached to the power were arching. AirZone kept me up to date on the status of ordering the part, and came out after-hours to install. Great service!

I had a great experience with airzone the technicians were on time and got the job done in a great amount of time. They were friendly and called to make sure everything was going well a few weeks later. It's been a few months now and everything is still going well and no problems what so ever. I called with questions if anything were to go wrong and said that if anything happens to call and they will be there right away to fix the issue. So thank you for a wonderful experience I will be letting people know how amazing you guys are.

Dealing with these incompetent people was one of the worst experiences in my life . I would not even recommend them to my worst enemy ! Their service technicians are unreliable and have no idea what they are doing, they serviced my ac unit and somehow managed to connect it backwards, this damaged the capacitor. When I contacted them they would only send a technician after charging 100$, and when I reluctantly agreed, they could not get me a technician for another two weeks. When I called and complained to the management they promised to send a technician but never did ! So if you deal with them be prepared to waste your time and burn your money.

Incredibly efficient, on time and polite. Airzone went out of their way to keep us in the loop as to equipment arrivals and completed the job in on session. Very pleased with the service and will recommend to all family and friends.

I used Airzone 5-6 times for various boiler work. There is always miscommunication between the person on the phone and the serviceman as to what needs to be done and when. Never will use them.

This company did amazing work. They took their time, were very neat and organized and always on time. They answered any questions I had and were reasonably priced. I have already recommended them to my neighbours.

I was having issues with my furnace not working properly so I called a few companies and the earliest someone could come out was 2-3 days. I called AirZone and a technician was out to the house within 3 hours. They did a repair at N/C and explained to me that the furnace was on it's last legs. They gave me options to consider for a new furnace. Two weeks later the furnace completely stopped working so, I called AirZone. They came out, gave me a quote, explaining to me in simple terms the work to be done. and I never once felt like I was being sold something I didn't need or feel pressured. The new furnace was installed within 24 hours and there were no surprises and it works great! I would definitely recommend AirZone to anyone who asks me.

Direct Energy red tagged both our furnaces at our Duplex on December 30th. I called AirZone that day and explained our position with no furnaces and no heat for our tenants. The next day (New Years Eve) two technicians showed up at 10:30 in the morning and the 2 new furnaces were completely installed by 4pm that day. They were very knowledgeable, experienced and definitely knew what they were doing. We didn't plan on purchasing 2 new furnaces so, we had a very tight budget, to say the least!! AirZone was able to not only work within our budget but do better and on New Years Eve to boot. I will continue to refer people to Airzone because they care and it shows.
