    Full Install (Furnace, filter, ducts)

    I converted from Baseboard Electric to a furnace with duct work. Received multiple quotes from different companies in the Ottawa Valley, wasn't happy with the quality of the inspection or the ideas produced. Brent from AirZone showed up completely prepared, made sketches, and talked me through the process. On top of that, they were the cheapest. Brent ensured all the paperwork was in order, gas lines were ran to the house, and all prep work was completed. I was out of town when the furnace and duct work was installed, Brent was extremely helpful in ensuring that everything went smoothly when I was gone. I arrived back to a clean house, and a working furnace. A few small glitches (which were immediately fixed, including adding more intake ducts), and the furnace runs great. Couldn't have asked for a better experience.

    Furnace replacement

    Excellent sales and service. Sales staff were responsive and professional. Installers were knowledgeable and informative. They were also very respectful to the home. I have already recommended them to friends.

    New Furnace and Thermostat

    Our 16 yr old furnace was red tagged on a Fri afternoon. I called 3 HVAC companies for quotes. Although AirZone could not quote until following Mon, they provided 2 space heaters to keep us warm until a replacement furnace was installed (even if they were not the winning bidder). Their quote was by far the best value. The installers were very efficient, very professional and polite. The job site was left clean and neat. They provided clear explanations of the install, and of the operation of the new furnace and thermostat. We are extremely satisfied with AirZone.

    New Furnace

    Had three quotes and found them all in about the same price range. Emailed Airzone and Taylor returned my request for a quote. During the visit he talked about different products they promote and we decided on American Standard due to the reliability, made in North America and the great warranty. Great installers and cleaned up after the job was done. Great experience and did recommend them to a friend.

    Textbook Hot Water Heater!

    We were very impressed with the detailed, in home estimate and knew exactly what to expect with the product and the install. The installer showed up on time, rolled out carpets to keep my flooring clean, and made an efficient and tidy hot water tank install. No hidden costs or fees. A great company!

    Great team of people

    Great experience with Air Zone - from the friendly and very well informed sales person, to the great installation crew. Work was completed quickly and cleanly. We got about six quotes before deciding on Air Zone. Their price was in par with the other vendors (not the least, and not the most expensive), but I was really impressed with their policy to not lay off staff during the low season. Not the most exciting way to spend money on our home... but we're looking forward to staying warm this winter & being cool next summer. Only knock against them was that after site visit, follow up communication over email was slow - best to call them.

    Hot Water Tank Install

    I have had many issues with this company but the latest takes the cake. I needed the HWT they installed replaced so I chose another company to do the replacement. They found out the hot and cold water connections had been crossed, effectively turning the 40Gallon tank into a 5Gallon or so tank.

    Air Conditioner&Furnance humidifier combination

    I recently put in a Lennox air conditioner, furnace & humidifier combination. I am completely satisfied with the units. The quotation and installation was done in a very professional manner. The units were put in on time at a very good price. I would recommend Airzone HAV to my friends and associates. I have applied for my rebate and have not received it yet.     Air Conditioner Installation

    AirZone HVAC was super-helpful, and great at troubleshooting. They were friendly, efficient, and helped me figure out a way to get around some issues with the location of my air conditioner. I would definitely recommend them!

    In and out

    I am sure that I owned the city's oldest AC unit in my unit. I decided it was time to get a more powerful and energy efficient AC unit. I called AirZone and they were able to assist. They came in with the new unit and removed the old one and sealed the unit in its place. I now breathe easier. Thank you AirZone HVAC
