    home inspection

    My inspection must have been one of the most thorough i have ever seen. Our inspector left no stone unturned and produced an incredible report on the same evening. When he climbed on the roof (during winter) we knew we had the best. We are very impressed and would recommend

    Home inspection

    Tom was amazingly professional and informative. It was no big deal when we showed up later than expected and he had to wait. Very clear and helpful with all details.

    Home Inspection

    Our church needed a Home Inspection done on our manse. I found Tom through Home Stars. All of the correspondence with Tom from Clearview was great. He answered all of my questions promptly and in detail. I arranged for the payment and key to be in the mailbox of the house and he was able to do the work without someone being at the home. The report arrived by email, within hours and was very detailed, including pictures! Our committee was very impressed! Thanks for a great job Tom!!!

    Home inspection

    What I though was a good inspection was actually a GREAT one. Our inspector Tom was super polite and thorough. He uncovered things that im sure I would have missed. When buying a home I wanted the best and I'm sure I found them. No need to look any futher, these guys rock!

    Home Inexpection

    Mr. Tom Rando did a home inspection for me. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and thorough. We went through the entire house and he explained his every comment with the cause and possible fixes. I would definitely use his service again in the future.

    Air Quality Testing

    We hired Clearview to check out what we thought might be an insulation problem. Within a few days, our basement was inspected and the results of air quality esting shared with us. We could not believe the timely and highly qualified service we received. The results of our tests, yielded further questions that were answered to our satisfaction. Tom was highly recommended to us for good reason!

    HOME INSPECTION

    Wow. I really want to thank you Tom for inspecting my 1st purchased house, to describe Tom’s work is Excellent and True Professional, He provides an honest service and will go above and beyond to inspect the property. He was punctual, organized, knowledgeable and very thorough. He would not just point out problem areas but would provide immediate recommendations along with what are you expecting to spend and i really appreciated the fact he educated me with things along the way. Tom managed to find couple issue with the house and with his report and inputs the owner took up on themself to repair many of the issues . I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND Clearview to any friend or family or anyone in needs of house inspection. Very reasonably priced and great value for what was received. Keep up the great work.

    Inspection

    Absolutely great inspection. Totally beyond my expectaions. My husband and I were very impressed with the high quality service we received from clearview. We used the inspection to reduce the home purchase price and was well worth the money to get this inspection. I truly believe you guys are the best.

    Home Inspection

    My wife and I were very impressed with our home inspector. Our report was so comprehensive packed with details that are very helpful. We feel confident now to buy our dream home. Great job guys. Would highly recommend.

    Home inspection

    Our home inspection service as a very good value. A Top notch inspection company. We were very impressed with the great job Clearview did. We were very surpassed that they actually climbed on the roof. Very impressive. Yes I would definitely recommend them to anyone wanting a great inspection. Thanks very much Tom
