    Home inspection

    Very thorough. Tom took great care to explain all aspects of the inspection. Provided a very detailed report and was happy to provide follow up support on the phone. Very pleased and would definitely use his service again.

    Home inspection and Infrared

    With so many choices in home inspectors finding a good one is a challenge. Clearview is truly the best inspection company. As first time home buyers we were more than a little nervous (to say the least) about buying a home. Our inspector helped to take away some of our fears. I can see why they are rated number 1....its because they care and it shows. We are totally satisfied with our service and report and recommend this company. Keep up the great work guys

    Home Inspection

    Excellent Service!!! Our Inspector was Tom Rando.Very professional and knowledgeable. He went through the inspection process before starting it and during the actual inspection he went through every nook and corner of the house and brought to our notice the things that might need some attention etc.He was able to answer almost all of our questions.Overall i felt very educated and confident of buying the house. I would recommend Tom to my friends and family.

    Condo Pre Delivery Inspection (PDI)

    We hired Clearview for our new condo PDI on Jan 16th 2015. Tom was highly professional and clearly explained the process to me prior to signing-on to the assignment. He identified few items during the inspection that we would have missed out otherwise. His follow up report was excellent too. Overall very satisfied with his services.

    Home Inspection

    We are totally impressed by the complete professionalism and thoroughness of our inspection. Our inspector had a system of conducting the inspection that allowed us to follow him and ask questions but not overhelming in terms of a "brain dump". He gave us time to digest and process the information about the home before moving on to the next component of the home. I was also surprised to see him on the roof when I arrived for the home inspection. I didn't think they walk on the roof anymore but was thrilled to see this level of dedications. I would give a higher score than 10/10 if I could. Overall we very happy with our inspection.

    Home inspection

    I am very impress. This was a wonderful surprise. I have always been suspicious about the inspection industry, but Tom from Clearview was a real professional. I truly felt that he had my best interests at heart. The inspection was extremely thorough and I learned a lot during the inspection. I am very happy to have found such a wonderful company. thank you

    home inspection

    I selected Clearview base on the great reviews and I was extremely happy with their service. You really get what you pay for with these guys. My inspection was extremely thorough and the detailed report was amazing. I learned so much from this process and would higly recommend Clearview for your home inspection needs. Thank you!!

    Home Inspection

    The great reviews for this company are completely justified. I had Tom (our inspector) conduct our inspection and we were totally blown away by how good and thorough the inspection was. He left no stone unturned and gave us great advise and tips throughout the process. Bottom line, we are completely statisfied with our service and have already recommended him to my sister in law who is also looking for a new home.

    Home Inspection

    Very easy to book, spoke with Thomas when i called, who turned out to be my inspector. He was extremely thorough, and provided an amazing pdf document regarding all his suggestions which came in very handy when I made requests to the builders for changes. he noticed my coldroom required ventilation, and areas on my roof that needed attention. A little more expensive than most, but well worth it. Thanks

    House Inspection

    Tom Rando was very thorough in his process. I purchased my house brand new from the developers and I wanted someone to do a full inspection for my 30 day Tarion. I'm glad I came onto Homestars and found Tom. He climbs onto the roof and checks the attic for insulations. I know a home inspection isn't perfect but it still gave me peace of mind knowing that my house is fine. The cost is a bit steep compared to others but it is money well spent. He does send you a soft copy of your house.
