Great Service, Great Value. We recently purchased our first home and had Tom from Clearview Home & Property Inspections inspect our home. We couldn't have been more pleased with the service we got as well as the quality of the inspection report. He took the time to explain everything to us and encouraged questions. We went with the extended + package and are really happy we did since we discovered a leak which isn't visible (infra-red camera detected it). We highly recommend Tom and Clearview Home & Property Inspections!

We were extremely satisfied and happy with the home inspection carried out by Clearview Home and Property Inspections. Inspector Thomas Rando was very professional and polite throughout. He did a very good job in carrying out the home inspection. He was excellent in walking us through all the issues and concerns during the inspection. The home inspection report was delivered electronically the same day. The report was very detailed with pictures and very informative as well. I would highly recommend Clearview Home Inspections.

HI ALL WHEN I HAD STARTED HUNTING FOR MY HOME INSPECTION I WAS ALL CONFUSED NOT KNOWING WHO COULD PROVIDE ME THE BEST INSPECTION. I STARTED LOOKING ALL OVER THE INTERNET ALONG WITH OTHER NAMES I FOUND CLEAR VIEW. I MADE A LIST OF 6 H&P INSPECTION COMPANY AND STARTED CALLING THEM INDIVIDUALLY. I CHOOSE CLEAR VIEW COZ TOM ANSWERED ALL MY QUESTIONS CATEGORICALLY TIME AND AGAIN AND ALSO HE'S A REGISTERED HOME INSPECTOR BUT STILL I HAD DOUBT AS TO HOW HE'S GOING TO CARRY OUT MY INSPECTION. THE INSPECTION DAY HE WAS ON TIME AND MADE ALL THE POINTS CLEAR AS TO HOW HE'S GOING TO DIVIDE THE INSPECTION STAGES. TOM WAS VERY THOROUGH DURING HIS INSPECTION PERIOD WHICH LASTED FOR 3 HOURS AND ALL THESE TIME HE APPRECIATED ALL OUR QUESTIONS AND DOUBTS AND CLEARED THEM PATIENTLY. OVERALL MY INSPECTION PERIOD WITH TOM WAS FABULOUS AND I WOULD HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND TOM ALL MY FRIENDS AND ANYONE DOING HOME INSPECTION. TOM, JOB WELL DONE, YOU ARE A REAL PROFESSIONAL. GOOD LUCK

I had Tom of Clearview complete my inspection and what a fantastic job he did. I found a property that suited our needs and was very pleased with what I saw from my initial visits. I met Tom on site and mentioned what my goals were, where my budgets were and given that it was an much older property that I want him to go through the house with a fine tooth comb. He did exactly what I asked for and then some, from crawling under very low decks to climbing a tall roof top he left no stone unturned. There was a pre-listing report from a well known inspection firm already done, but it seemed too perfect. After following Tom around step by step we discovered so many huge defects, from fire and water damages, structural and electrical issues, that had I purchased the home based on the initial report, blown my budget. I owe a HUGE thanks to Clearview for saving me on this one. Not only did he impress with the inspection, but he trained me along the way so I am better prepared when starting my search the next time.

I have never taken the time to write a review for any services I have had. This was by far the best home inspection and best customer service I have known and had the pleasure of experiencing. I was lucky enough to have Vahn Balabanian as my inspector. He was AMAZING! He really took his time to identify EVERY issue or predict what we would have issues with in the future. Had I not have called Clear View, I probably would have made a really horrible house purchase and not had the pleasure of meeting Vahn. Any further home inspections I will need in the future, I would be more than comfortable to call Clear View back and have them do the job, because I'm certain they will overachieve any expectations we have. I choose the Advanced inspection that ended up being a Total Fee of: $593.25. well worth it! I was extremely pleased with the inspection Clear Value provided. Tom, the inspector, was very professional; he arrived early to get familiar with the house, he explained what he was going to do before he started, and then he took the time to explain anything that was unusual, or that we might want to keep an eye on as the years go by. Tom made sure all our questions were answered, and he has been attentive to our follow up questions, even days after the inspection.

Tom was very thorough and accommodating during the inspection. He took the time to explain his process, reviewed each area of the home and then reviewed with us. He was very detailed in his approach and answered all our questions in a manner in which we could understand. He offered peace of mind in our purchase and left the door open for continued assistance if needed.

I highly recommend Clearview Home Inspections. The house we were looking at already had a pre-sale inspection done by another company. We could have gone with that but we decided to go with our own independent inspection and are very glad that we did. Tom was awesome, took his time to go through everything with me and my wife. He then pointed out that there was some mold in the attic which was a show-stopper for us. The other report conveniently missed this and covered themselves by stating that they don't look for things like mold. As Tom said, you may not look for it but when is right there in front of you, you should point it out. The owners agreed to remove the mold and fix the problem that was causing it (which Tom identified) at their expense. Looking to purchase a house? Get Tom from Clearview to inspect it, you'll be glad you did!

I have had Tom inspect two houses for me now (the deal fell through for the first one), and he is excellent at what he does. He is thorough, detailed, and honest, which is exactly what I wanted in a home inspector. He took the time to show me everything that he was looking at and explaining it in a way that I could understand. He made sure I was comfortable with what I was seeing before moving onto the next section and was always prompting me to ask questions as we went through the house. I will be recommending Tom to anyone I know who is looking for a good home inspector in the GTA. I found Clearview online and after reading many of the reviews posted on HomeStars I booked them for our inspection. Vahn was outstanding! He was extremely thorough and took the time to go over everything with me. I would highly recommend this company.
