Excellent service by Tom - very thorough and more importantly - extremely informative. Tom really gave my wife and I peace of mind with his counsel and education while he conducted our inspection.

We had a very positive home inspection experience with Tom. He was on time, professional, patient and thorough. We particularly appreciated his willingness to answer our questions in addition to our family's questions (we were a large group!). We went with the Extended Plus Inspection which gave us peace of mind and a clear understanding of the property we were about to purchase. Tom was great and very thorough! He was very helpful and friendly during the inspection of our first home and made sure to address all of our questions. For piece of mind, we decided to include the thermal scan and we are happy we did. He helped give us an idea of what needs to be addressed immediately, what to watch for moving forward and tips on yearly maintenance for our home. Tom helped us with a home purchase property inspection. He was punctual, knowledgeable and easy to work with. He climbed up the roof and inspected the house in a very thorough manner. He provided a report the day of the inspection and we found his reported findings very valuable. We recommend his services without reservation.

Tom was absolutely awesome with both home inspections he did for us. Not only did Tom look out for my best interest as a potential home buyer and saved me from buying an unsuitable house, but also gave me his 'seal of approval' so to speak on the house I did buy, and am sooo incredibly happy. Tom's home inspection was not only thorough, but he did not rush the process, he was very patient with me, answered all of my questions, and explained things that should be addressed in my new home and things that I might want to think about doing down the road. He made me feel very knowledgeable about what I was thinking about buying. As a home purchaser, you always have your fingers crossed about the home inspection and hope it goes well, but it was comforting to know that Tom wasn't afraid to point out things that were questionable while reassuring me about things that I did not need to worry over. Fantastic - Thank you for delivering such a thorough and professional service. Purchasing a new home through a new home builder is never easy no matter how much money you spend. The end result is always great but there are so many components to new construction, I really needed a trained eye to identify and report the various deficiencies for my TARION report. Even before the actual inspection, I met with Tom and he took the time to do a physical walk-through with me during the pre-drywall stage and spend a considerdable amount of time answering numerous questions. He's been a great sounding board. Tom, I truly appreciate your support. I would never have identified the majority of items you found during our 30-day inspection. Based on my unique situation I needed an urgent home inspection and he made arrangements to come the next day. Tom arrived on time and provided a comprehensive home review (I chose to go with the infrared camera and it was worth it) which detailed all the positives and negatives of the property. He was not only professional but, also kind and considerate. He spoke in a language both my wife and I could understand and gave us confidence to tackle the issues we faced. Tom provided an excellent home inspection report via email shortly after the inspection. We needed a Home Inspection done in 3 business days to close on a resale home purchase. Tom promptly returned our call and scheduled an appointment in the required time. Tom's inspection process via his multiple pass through and review with us as potential buyers was very educational and informative. At the end of the inspection process, we felt empowered as home owners/potential buyers. His Home Inspection and Mold Test lab reports were very detailed and came with recommedations for areas of improvements, either immediately or over the long term, should we choose to purchase the home. While our Real Estate agent was not happy with us picking an Independent Home Inspector she did not provide, Tom remained courteous and professional throughout the entire process, even when she tried to rush him to complete the inspection before the allotted 3 hrs he requested. We would definitely recommend Clearview Home and Property Inspection to anyone seeking a knowlegeable, qualified and transparent Home Inspector, who is independent of any third party infleunce.
