Tom did a very thorough home inspection on our new house for 3 hours that he inspected the house inside and out three times. He pointed out all the potential problems particularly for those that needed immediate attentions. The infrared scan is a very powerful technology that every prospective home buyers should use. It really helps you see areas where serious heat loss can occur and any water penetration exists. Thank you Tom.

Hard to say enough good things about Tom Rando and his team. We needed a home inspection ASAP (to be completed with 24hrs notice) and Tom delivered. Within 1hr of emailing him via the Homestars website (on Thanksgiving weekend no less!) he called me back to ensure we had an appointment confirmed. His colleague, Vahn, was thorough (got up on the roof despite the rain) and very friendly. We have nothing but praise for Clearview Inspections. Competitively priced and worth it!

Wow. What an absolutely great inspection. Very detailed with helpful maintenance tips. Tom was so amazing and thorough. He looked in every corner of the home from top to bottom and the inspection report was the best I've ever seen. Great job and i would definitely recommend

Our experience with Tom at ClearView has been great! Tom is a friendly and professional gentleman who took the time to explain to us the whole process and answer our questions. The report he prepared was well done, and included pictures and recommendations. We attached that report to support our year-end claim with Tarion which was great as well! We highly recommend him.

The home inspection appeared very thorough and took about 4 hours. Tom was friendly and very knowledgeable, taking his time to explain every aspect of what he was observing. He found things that our prior inspector had missed, including some water damage in the basement, amongst other details. I would not hesitate to recommend Clearview for those who were looking for a quality home inspection.
