    Tom is the best inspector

    We hired Tom to do a walkthrough inspection when house hunting and was very pleased by his work. We later hired him again to do a thorough inspection of our home and to do a radon test. Overall, Tom has been very responsive and happy to answer any questions we had even months after the inspection. I highly recommend him and will definitely keep him and his company's number closeby should we have any other work that he can help with!

    Impressive home inspection

    Great job by Clearview Home inspection. Everything was thoroughly checked. We took the Service for our pre-owned home because we had been getting a strange sound from the AC vent. We bought this house 1 year ago and at the time of buying the we didn’t get chance to get home inspection done. Clearview not only found the root cause of the sound, they were able to point me at other stuff which would need my attention. Best part was they also mentioned if something would need immediate attention or can be done later. I also liked their method of work, at the starting of the inspection, they would explain what are the things they are planning to do, and the reason for doing that specific part pf inspection. Overall cannot reccommend enough :)

    Potential Home Purchase Inspection

    I hired Tom for a last minute inspection of a potential home purchase on behalf of my son and daughter-in-law who couldn't be at the premises. I really appreciated that he allowed me to record his vocal inspection for them which was very useful. Tom was very professional, meticulous, and patient. He answered all our questions even via video. Tom also sent a comprehensive written report very fast on the same day. Unfortunately, the purchase didn't fall through but my son and daughter-in-law rehired him for the inspection of another house. I would definitely recommend his services.

    Home inspection

    I did a home inspection with Tom. He was very professional and knowledgeable. Highly recommended.

    Home Inspection

    We had a good experience with Clearview Home & Property Inspections. We needed to do a 1 year home inspection and they sent Tom who was very professional and knowledgeable. He answered all our questions plus provided us all the photos/details needed to go back to the builder with. We would definitely recommend Tom and Clearview to others.

    Home inspection

    I highly highly recommend Tom when you are doing a home inspection . He was punctual, detailed and extremely helpful even after the home inspection was over. The report provided was very detailed too. Will definitely be using clearview services in the future.

    Excellent and thorough investigation

    Tom did a really thorough job of doing the inspection of our first house. We have found the same issues after moving in that he had noted. Knowing everything beforehand reduced the surprises. We are very happy with the work. Plus Tom is a very good story teller! :)

    Buyers Inspection

    Tom did an excellent work explaining the Buyer everything about the House. Tom was very professional arriving on time and delivering the report.

    Pool inspection for potential new home purchase

    Tom was prompt and came out on a cold day in November to inspect a large pool in North York. He was detailed and allowed him to follow him as he did the inspection and he explained what he was looking for and what he found as we went along - this was very helpful as I learned a lot through the process ( never having owned an inground pool before). The inspection was detailed as was the report and 2 important issues were identified that the vendor agreed to correct ( both expensive repairs) - thanks Tom !
