    Home Inspection

    We were very pleased with the home inspection. Tom was great! He thoroughly inspected the house and patiently walk us through everything explaining his findings and answering our questions. We received the detailed report shortly afterwards.

    Water Leak inspection

    Tom was great to work with. Went above and beyond in terms of not only identifying the source but also recommending contractors

    Home Inspection

    Tom is Professional, thorough and a great communicator. He made the process simple and streamlined. I trust his knowledge and expertise. I would say he went above and beyond. I would recommend his services to anyone.

    Home inspection

    I needed a good inspector to have a thorough look over my newly built home. A referral from a friend to Clearview was given, and that was indeed the right choice. Tom was polite, to the point and knew his stuff. From the phone call to the day of, and even after providing the report, he was professional in every way.     New Home Inspection

    I needed to do a home inspection before bidding on a very pricey house. I was very nervous about making a big purchase in case I ended up getting a problematic property. Clearview were very accommodating in working with the short timeline I had and the way they provided inspection results felt like a friend did the inspection. They immediately called me after the inspection to let me know all defects and problem areas, how much it would cost to fix, and whether they thought there were any deal breakers so I could make my mind on the offer price, and they quickly followed it up with a very detailed written report. Highly recommended!

    Commercial appraisal

    Home & Mold Inspection Services

    We hired Tom from Clearview to inspect our home for mold and other potential issues. Tom went above and beyond to thoroughly inspect the home, complete with all of the necessary tools to identify any issues. Tom took the time to not only identify hidden problems, but to explain both our options for repairs as well as the future damage it could cause. The report we received was very detailed and helped us remember all of the details Tom had shared. We learned so much about our home and are so glad we hired Tom.
