I chose Clearview Home & Property Inspections because of their excellent rating on Home Stars. It is important for me to be able to provide a reputable home inspection report to potential home buyers. The inspection was booked on short notice. Tom was prompt, very thorough and knowledgeable. He took the time to walk me through each phase of the inspection and explained some if the areas of the home that would most benefit from some TLC. The full report was provided on the same day. Clearview did a great job inspecting the house I intended to buy. They made me feel very comfortable with the process and explained everything clearly. They definitely made the purchase more comfortable as well.

Clearview home was very thorough. Bob answered all my questions about the home and gave me tips on how to save money on heating costs and simple tips to improve the house. I was very satisfied and was more than happy to pay a little more a thorough inspection.

Very impressed. We had Tom for our house inspection and we were very satisfied with his professional attitude and knowledge. He took the time to explain the issues thoroughly, and also followed up after the inspection, which we appreciated a lot. The infrared camera he uses found some things (heating insulation issues) which are important and can be fixed easy. It's nice to feel that at least we had this test done once. We highly recommend Clearview.

A wonderful inspection! Tom provided a very comprehensive inspection of my mother's older home including using the latest in technology. Tom provided guidance and suggestions throughout the inspection. Tom was very understanding of our concerns in regards to the house and provided his thoughts and recommendations while remaining objective and professional. He produced a very descriptive report that included digital pictures, thermal pictures, and lab results. My parents needed a home inspection done urgently on a home they recently purchased. I contact Clearview and spoke with Tom. He managed to accommodate us and did the inspection the same day. He also managed to complete the inspection report by the end of the night. I only had the pleasure of speaking to Tom on the phone but my family who met him only had good things to say. He was very thorough and answered all their questions. His report was very detailed with added pictures. It was truly a pleasure working with Clearview and I would highly recommend them any day.

Tom's inspection of the property I had purchased from the builder really exceeded my expectations. He was very professional and understanding.
