I didn't really know what to expect when I called for a home inspection, but I worked with Tom who was very pleasant to work with and knowledgeable. He was willing to answer any questions I had about the inspection and the Tarion process and responded promptly. It was a great experience overall.

Tom arrived on time and explained very well what he intended to do. I asked him to inspect a new build. He was very forthcoming with his answers and took all the time needed to make sure I understood what he was saying. He allowed to ask as many questions as I needed. Greatly recommended!

Tom was our inspector, he was very informative and thorough with his work. He answered all of questions and was very knowledgeable! A full inspection report was sent to us the same day. We Would recommend this company to anyone wanting a trustworthy and honest home inspection!

He has reviewed every inch of the house in scrutinized detail and he provided a comprehensive report. I cannot recommend Clearview enough. Completely put me at ease throughout the inspection, very thorough, very informative. Tom was our inspector and he had a passion for his work and was committed to providing me with the best possible experience. We asked Clearview to do a complete inspection as a guide to what we need to fix around the house. Tom arrived on time, did the inspection, & walked us through each storey to explain what we need to focus on. He answered all our questions politely, and offered to review any quotes we will receive so we won't be overspending on work we don't need. The written report arrived the same afternoon & the whole job was very professionally done. We have no hesitation in recommending Tom.

Tom did home inspection for us recently. Tom is very friendly, patient, and knowledgeable. He checked the home and took picture of every potential problem it could have and then explain to us in very details. By the end of day, he provided us a full report with pictures and explanation about the problems he found about the house. He is an amazing person who you can trust for your home inspection. He will definitely get my next home inspection job.

I found Clearview Home and Property Inspections here on Homestars, read the reviews and decided that based on their high rating and year over year being a top performer that I would go with them. I was not disappointed! Tom was great explained to me that his approach was to go through an area of the home independently to make his assessment and then walk me through that same area describing his finds explaining clearly what each meant. He also did the Infrared Scan which I would recommen as it pointed out cold spots that shouldld be addressed to improve energy efficiency. Again I was very satisfied!
