Our first home and first experience with a Home Inspector and we have no regrets choosing Clearview Inspections. Tom was very professional, detail-oriented and friendly. He shared knowledge and explained every detail to my husband and I about what he was doing. He made us aware of current and potential issues within the home which was very helpful in making out decision. He documented it all and sent us the report by the end of the day. Strongly recommended. Will definitely use you again in the future! Thank you Tom!

If I was allowed to give more STARS then I definitely would!!!! This is such a great site. I contacted Tom from Clearview I received an immediate friendly response. He was couteous and extremly professional. Tom encouraged me to walk through the inspection with him so that I could see and learn things first hand. This was very important and helpful. His knowledge combined with technology was truly overwhelming and he took his time to make sure I understood everything. He treated this inspection like it was his own home and was concerned about defects, safety issues and the bad workmanship. Tom certainly has pride in his work and cares about the customers awareness. What a refreshing experience. Great detailed report too.

I would highly recommend Tom from Clearview Home Inspections without hesitation for any home or property inspection. Tom was able to accommodate our very tight deadlines and was not only extremely thorough, knowledgeable, and professional, but very personable and patient. He methodically inspected every inch of the property, including the attic, entire roof, and garage, and took detailed and meticulous photographs and notes, which will help me immensely in the necessary renovations of the property before we move in. First, I would say I don't appreciate that the way in which I was asked to review this company. After our inspection, which was well done, I said I would review them on Homestars. The company, however, "started" a review for me by signing me up for the site using my email address (without my permission), and were unaware I was already signed up on Homestars (for years) with another email address. They also put in a location which is not true - and I can see that this is done throughout their reviews. Nghia who referred me is not "from Brampton" but rather lives a few doors down from me, in Toronto. And his review is identical to the one they provided for me to finalize and approve. Seriously, you guys do great work - there is no need to fake the reviews, especially with copy/paste jobs that people can see through. Using my email without permission to promote yourselves, however, means my rating has to drop. Here is the review they wrote: Good job! We contacted Tom after our neighbor recommended him to help us with our Tarion warranty inspection. We found Tom to be extremely knowledgeable, personable, and professional who provided us insight into all major and minor deficiencies with this property. Tom was amazing! No need to look for any other inspectors. He is the best. He inspected a large house for us this is over 80 years old . He is honest, genuine, and very straightforward. It is also pretty clear he loves his job. This made the whole process much enjoyable, a very nice and unexpected break from an otherwise very stressful home buying experience. Tom spent well over 3 hrs going through the home with us and presented issues to us clearly. We would recommend him unconditionally to anyone!! Nicely done. Tom conducted a very thorough inspection of the home and took the time to answer all of the questions we had. The Home Inspection Report provided was very detailed. I would recommend Tom's services to anyone looking for a good home inspector.
